Do not place order from this store! I ordered thru uber eats, they accept my order and it says the employee will deliver my order, i even leave the tip. And i got notification my order has arrived, but I didn’t receive the food. So dont accept the order when you going about to close or just cancel my order!!!!!. So becareful guys, DONT TRY TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

I live across the street since they opened and never had a bad experience. It’s a Dominos pizza I’m confused on how people write paragraphs 🙄 if you want 5star treatment maybe choose a different option. Most employees are doing more than one job so maybe patience is a good word. Good job guys!

I visited this location on 09/02 around 6:45 Pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with customer service. When I arrived, I saw two employees working: a young lady at the register who seemed to be doing some accounting work, and a young man retrieving pizzas from the oven.
The lady at the register acknowledged me right away and let me know she would help me in a minute, but then continued with her task. After about 2–5 minutes, she asked the young man to take care of me while she went to the prep area. He acknowledged her but continued cutting and boxing pizzas without coming to the register.
By this point, I had been waiting 5–7 minutes as the only customer in the store without anyone taking my order. Feeling overlooked, I politely excused myself and left.
I am leaving this review because I believe the store could improve in customer service and time management. As a customer, it’s frustrating to be left waiting this long in an otherwise non-busy store just to place an order. I hope this feedback helps the team prioritize customers as soon as they arrive.

Placed an order for delivery on the phone. Was quoted about 30-40 minutes and only took 20 minutes on a Friday night. Quick service and food was delivered hot and to order

A single pizza took 90 minutes to arrive and all 4 sauce cups were missing. I began calling the store shortly after my order arrived with items missing and the manager on duty, Dayn, declined every call until the store closed an hour later. Yikes

Delivery driver hit my mailbox on June 8th filed police report sent pictures to the managers have been calling once a week for almost a month and still haven't replaced the unusable mailbox.

I think the wings go in the microwave now. It's good considering it's close and I can save a lot with carryout. We bought wings this time for the first time in a long time and they are soft and the sauce is squirted on the chicken. Pizza 7/10, wings are 0/10

I really only ever order one thing from here (cheesy bread) and with very few exceptions it's made fast and better than the Domino's that's actually closer to my location. Staff seems nice too

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order through their official website, only to find out it was sent to the wrong store. This resulted in me having to wait twice as long for my food. When I called the second store (Cedarcrest in Dallas, GA), the staff had a rude attitude and offered no help in resolving the issue and instead, they blamed the New Hope location for not transferring the order sooner.
There was a complete lack of communication and accountability between the stores and corporate, and I was left stuck in the middle as a paying customer. I did nothing wrong, yet I was the one inconvenienced. What’s worse is that both locations admitted this kind of mix-up happens regularly. If that’s the case, it’s unacceptable that corporate or the stores haven’t prioritized in fixing this.
As a loyal customer, I expect better. This kind of ongoing problem should not be tolerated, and certainly not brushed off. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously before losing more customers

It's honestly a bit ridiculous the red head manager is a bit lazy. Thank you to the kind old man working and coming to my service when the emo wanted to be in her corner. He was the only real adult in there

Place the order, order went through successfully, and 2 minutes later I got order canceled. Domino's you are fired. I haven't ordered from you since the '80s and now I know why. Let's go Papa John's!
