This location is always an inconvenience. Always closed during normal ours due to maintenance or low staff. Donuts are always stale in the morning. Today was the 4th time I’ve came here and they were randomly closed.

Had my sister order a special edition drink this morning even had her walk in and showed them a pic of the order sticker because it is some what confusing and it still did not come out correct. Called and asked if I could maybe go back and get it corrected and was told no that I should have checked before leaving in such a rude manner. This location is the closest one to me but at this point I’ll be sure to go else where.
lots of people just hanging around in here. place was dirty. most tables had trash on them. our order was sitting behind the counter so after about 10 minutes i asked if that was my order back there and why they didnt set it out with the others. it was of course not very hot by then. just a bunch of kids working here that dont care about the experience.

Went to use the restroom with my children in Clipper’s and a Dunkin employee was in there smoking a jewel, the whole small facility was filled with smoke. The employee proceeded to REMAIN in the bathroom smoking until I finally had to ask her to open the door b/c I don’t want my children breathing in all that toxic nasty smoke. (Now we all smell like her jewel for our 10+ hour car ride.) I’m astounded by how inconsiderate this is. When you see children in the bathroom…or anyone…excuse yourself and finish smoking OUTSIDE. *The Clippers employee was nice and had nothing to do with this.*
Wow, this location is not only clean and well presented, it also has great team members. Laila, who I assumed was a manager, had a very kind demeanor and great tact. I appreciate your customer service and high energy!
