May I recommend to this Dunkin location, when someone asks for light ice you should just fill it up all the way like all of the other stores do and not leave it half empty. Don’t be petty. People spend a lot of money on your coffee for you to not fill it up all the way.

Was really disappointed with my experience at this location. I go to Dunkin all the time I order my favorite iced drink and I got it with less ice which is normally never an issue but today they put a significant amount less of drink and STILL a lot of ice when I asked them to fix it they told me they could remake it but it would have no ice and even less drink which would have been about half the cup and that drink is kind of expensive and I’m pregnant so I take a long time to drink my coffee right now and when there’s a whole bunch of ice it’s hard to drink at the end but the staff was very unhelpful/friendly like honestly they could have taken it back and put a bit more oat milk or something and I would have felt better but they didn’t even try to it just wasn’t a good experience which I’m not used to seeing at Dunkin usually everyone is accommodating and would add maybe some milk or cream or something. Normally I don’t write reviews but this really upset me today.

just left another dunkin to come here because the service at that one was so bad and i knew my order would be wrong. when i got to the drive thru they answered quickly and ordering was easy and fast. but here is my complaint: i ordered the $6 meal deal and customized the american cheese for white cheddar because that’s how i like the sandwich he repeated it and it was on the screen with white cheddar i got the bag and the sticker on it said white cheddar. i drive away and the sandwich is american cheese. i don’t care that much that’s just the only complaint i have to say

I order a Dunkalatte and Green Tea on 5/23 around 1pm. The Dunkallatte has hair in it, and the green tea was bitter. This is the second time I’ve received a drink where I specified sweetener but didn’t receive any. In the grand scheme of things the tea isn’t a big deal, but I paid for a drink that I can’t enjoy. However, the hair in the latte is unsettling.
I visited the drive-thru on 05/15/2025 at 12:04 PM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member at the window was rude and dismissive for no reason. I expect basic courtesy when I’m a paying customer, and this interaction fell far short. I hope management addresses this, as I won’t be returning if this is how customers are treated.

This location was very busy, but well-staffed to help everyone in a timely manner. The manager, Denise has this location running on-point. Every employee was kind (7am in the morning) and it was very clean.
