I recently visited this Firehouse Subs and saw the owner, a large blonde woman, publicly scolding her staff in a rude manner. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and when I brought it up, she showed no interest in fixing it. Definitely not the experience I expected.
The food was great and the employees were very nice.
