Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a great place to enjoy frozen yogurt, with many machines usually in working order. The staff, such as Sophia, are knowledgeable about the products and can help with purchases like the loyalty program. Menchie's offers a variety of ice cream and toppings, making it a good place for families with kids. The staff are friendly and willing to let customers sample flavors before deciding. However, there may occasionally be issues with certain yogurt flavors not being available. While the staff are generally nice, there have been isolated incidents of strong odors that hopeful management addresses for a more pleasant experience.
