Unfortunately we had a negative experience. Nobody to greet us. It took a member of the kitchen staff to come out and take initiative to seat us. 5 minutes just to get our drinks. Food lacked flavor. I had the fried fish & shrimp it needed seasoning. We were never checked on after the food. We were traveling for work from Texas, to Atlanta to Nashville and back. We eat at several places and this experience was very disappointing.

Ignored my daughter after placing to go food order. Did not provide syrup or receipt.
NEVER AGAIN. Sunday morning, yes, but waiting over 40 min for a very simple order. My son and I were getting dizzy from hunger. My coffee was forgotten about. Decent food but staffing and kitchen needs major management help.

Sweet Tea tasted soured. Our waitress didn't bother to stop by after we got our food to check on us. So we ate our food without a drink. When she brought us our tab the drinks were $4. Which I felt was extremely high especially in the small glass it comes in. When I asked her to just take the drinks off she then offers to get us a fresh drink bc she had just made some tea. At $4 a glass and ready to walk out the door I'd just rather save my $8. Wasn't all that impressed. Might go back one more time to see if we have a better experience. Maybe then I'll give it a higher rating.

I’ve driven past this place multiple times since it opened and thought I’d give it a try. Admittedly, I didn’t read the reviews prior to attending.
When we arrived, I immediately noticed that this place was not your typical IHOP, it was half the size, the decor was sub par. There was only one person in the restaurant and it took a minute for us to be seated. Once we were seated we were brought menus fairly quickly, our order was taken and the food came out fairly quickly but the waitress never returned to refill our empty cups or advise us that we needed to go up front to pay after we finished. We sat there for at least 10-15 minutes before we decided to just go up front and pay. The restaurant was not that busy that we could not have had better service and for the price the food was subpar.

Messed up my wife’s omelette put me on hold 3 times just to ask me to drive 30 minutes back and they’ll replace the omelette, save your money and time go to Waffle House
Sunday morning and most breakfast places are packed. I can see why this one isn’t even close to full. Just left after witnessing 4-5 staff members standing around talking while my son and I waited for 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) and was never greeted once. No manager presence on the floor. Left without having ever talked to anyone.

Service was good. Atmosphere in the inside was good. Food was exceptionally terrible. We had to wait for nearly an hour and almost walked out. Then when we finally got our food, parts of the order were incorrect, the grits were so cold it was hardened and not able to eat, they were out of some drinks and food like sausage. They gave us turkey bacon when we asked for turkey sausage and gave it to us because they weee out of sausage.
I really wanted to give this location a chance despite reviews and we’ve gone to iHop many times at different locations. This was a bad experience overall and I’ll never put my family through that torture again.

Too much of waiting, after 40 minutes of ordering the food showed up and also the whipped cream pancakes doesn’t have whipped cream saying they are out of whip cream that too for a kids order! The omelette was also tastes just average. Waste of time

I know have been to this location three times. The first time the bacon in my omelet was burnt and the pancakes were hard. I gave them a break because it was the second week they were open. The second time I went everything seemed to be better. However, in retrospect we were one of 3 groups in the building. Today my family and I went to have breakfast again. They were busier. It took 30 minutes to get half our order to the table. I order another omelet. I got my side of pancakes and was told the omelet was on it's way. I watch as groups of 5 and more that showed up 15 minutes after us get there complete order prior to me get my omelet. My wife and child finished there breakfast and I was about to ask have the omelet removed from the bill so we can go whemmy omelet came out. I was not even offered an apology. The topper was, instead of placing the plate on the table, the waiter wanted my to take the plate, and the plate was extremely hot! At this point I rather drive 25 minutes to another location then this one.
