I never leave food reviews. But I thought I would just this once.I came by around 2pm 2/29/24. It’s kfc. You come in for chicken, quick and hot. You don’t come in to chat with the poor workers or judge the service. So that’s what I got, chicken quick and hot. No complaints.However, I tried the new chizza combo and I just have to say, if you’re reading this and you work for this company, I hope y’all NEVER get rid of it. Amazing food. I would eat this every day until I finally got my coronary. If you’re reading this and you’re just a customer, give it a try! Honest! It’s like cheap chicken parm you’d make right at home. I’m obsessed and that’s dangerous.Anyway please give everyone here a raise as well I’m so serious. The other reviews are crazy hostile. I have no idea what everyone has to put up with at this store. I’m just a guy that gets a to-go lunch here occasionally, but I’ve never had a poor experience. I don’t think these reviews hold much weight and maybe everyone in this city is just sour as ever.

horrible customer service, the lady was rude and gave me attitude jus bc i wanted to modify my meal and walked away. The food was nasty, the chicken was over seasoned, mac n cheese was hella dry and cold, n the biscuits tasted like fridge. never coming back!

Waited in drive through for 10 minutes only to be told I have to go inside to place an order. Every time I have placed an online order they say it cannot be picked up from drive thru and I have to go inside only to wait another 10 minutes inside because its not ready although the app says my order is ready. This location takes the convenience out of ordering online. I decided to give this location another shot today bc I love KFC and its right next to my home and again couldnt order through drive through with only 2 customers inside so I just left. Its incredibly sad at the severe lack of customer service. Hopefully KFC corporate sees this and make swift improvements.

We got a 8-piece meal the chicken was good but the coleslaw tasted like it was old and they forgot my macaroni and cheese I had to get out after I went through the drive-thru and go inside to get it and I asked for honey and never got it either.
There is absolutely no way I will eat this restaurant again! We live in the area and have given this location multiple chances. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich not 10 minutes ago and got home and got half way thru eating my sandwich and found an entire BUG in my food!!!!!
