I went to discuss a previous visit and I assume the person I spoke to was the manager. He was very rude and discourteous. The franchise owner needs to come pay the store visit. I ordered a pot pie the previous day and I explained to the gentleman and showed him pictures of what I received as my order. He explained that they're not going to be completely full. The worst! You would think a place that sells chicken would have some chicken, but Nope! No chicken was ready when we arrived except for drums. Cost us the same price for a bucket of chicken with less meat! No green beans either. Then asked for 4 cups for water and were told they had to charge full price ($3.50) for the cup. Absolutely not! Went through the drive thru today for 12 piece nuggets, woman slung the bag at me, I said they usually put some mayo in a little cup for me, she said we don't have any mayo we are out!
