The manager and staff here has poor customer service. I asked for fresh Krystal’s and they gave me cold Krystal’s the burger was cold to the touch. His response was I have 24 Krystal’s on this grill that’s been sitting here I’m not taking those off to make fresh burgers. Absolutely ridiculous.

This one of the nastiest Krystal's I've been to the place where you get condiments are so dirty piled up dust and dirt floors dirty top of counter paper and used items. It's obvious the people work there don't care. I haven't seen anyone was their hands an I've been in here 25 mins. It's amazing I got my money back and left. And the smell.

Spent $30 on food just to get home (2 minutes away) and the buns were soaked soggy, the meat looked like it hadn’t even seen the grille/ cook top. Threw the whole order away and ordered from elsewhere! This all coming from someone who usually will eat some sketchy food. 10/10 do not suggest!

Came in for a delivery order and the amount of time it takes to make food is ridiculous!!! when there is 4+ employees working everyone seems confused! Food such as fries should already be made knowing how a lunch hour rush is ! It is not ran properly with the wrong employees !

Krystal gets pulled out of the hat at work for a place to eat from time to time, but with this store, its hit or mis. Sometimes the buns are steamed perfectly. Other times, just cold. Since it's that steamed bun that makes the Krystal burger so good, it's a real let down when you reach in the sack and the bun feels like it just came out of the plastic bag, however, knowing that the odds are 50/50 we still roll the dice. The last visit, we lost.
