Me and my my son went there for breakfast and they gave our breakfast accidently to someone else we had to wait again for them to make fresh food for us but the staff was nice came over and explained why our food kept taking so long I would try it again the food was very good
The drive thru person seemed to not have a clue what they were doing. We ordered cups of water thinking they would be free like usual, but she informed us it would be an extra cost + tax. The burgers were terrible, super greasy, onions tasted weird, the buns were crunchy, and this Krystal doesn't offer refunds on returned food...just sorry that is our POLICY here. Idk about their lunch items because I never get their lunch, but their breakfast is so good and cheap! I love the breakfast bowl!

Krystal, a restaurant recognized for its consistently good food, remains reasonably priced despite inflation challenges. The restaurant is now under new management, leading to a clean and professional environment. The staff, including a great manager, strive to provide excellent customer service, although the quality of the signature Krystal burger can still be hit or miss, with the steamed buns sometimes being subpar. Customers have noted that Krystals are supposed to have gray on the buns, which is what makes them amazing. While the lobby opens at 8 am, the store opens daily at 6 am. Many customers enjoy visiting Krystal and appreciate the efforts made by the staff, even going out of their way to create items like root beer floats that are not on the menu. Despite some occasional issues with food orders, many customers plan to return and enjoy lunch at this location.
