BEST papa John's in the area. My order is always correct and ready on time. Whenever we stop in to pickup the staff is always super friendly. I'm always hoping that someone will be wearing the pizza mascot I always see in the lobby 😅 It hasn't happened yet but🤞
I'd do pick up from a different location. I made a modification to an order, and they got it wrong. This was my first time using this location, and honestly, the one by the Publix on Mars Hill is much better. One of the boxes was torn as well, but it didn't look like the item had an issue, thankfully.
Pizza is great but they dont pick up the phone or deliver on time. My order was 2.5 hrs late and I placed it the day prior.
