We hosted our baby shower at Cowan and couldn't be happier with their hospitality and end to end service. They were not only accommodating to last minute changes due to weather, but also took the time to work with us on details they didn't have to. A lot of our guests commented on the venue and setup, I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
My company SiFi Entertainment and I had the pleasure of being the DJ for a wedding at Cowan Historic Mill, and I must say, it was an absolutely beautiful event. The venue itself was stunning, with the unique addition of railroad tracks right beside the property, which added a special touch to the atmosphere.

My wife and I got married here in October 2025 and it was everything you could hope for in a venue. From the beginning of the process Amanda was personable and had all the answers to all our questions. Megan was our wedding coordinator through Cowan and she was incredible!
