We RV parked there overnight. Dinner was very good and the server was very good. We went in for breakfast at 0700. There was only one person manning the hostess stand and serving. She did an excellent job and kept everyone happy. She was fast, efficient, and very personable. She made you feel like you were guests in her home.

The food was very good but the service was not amazing. I ordered the biscuit beignets and got regular biscuits. I also had to wait 20 minutes thirsty for more coffee. The waiter was friendly at the beginning but seemed disinterested towards the end. I left a fair tip I believe because I know it is. It was busy but hopefully things are better next time.

The biscuits came out and were hard as rocks. I asked for some more and was told they were all like that and I asked why and what was so different and was told that the new manager has them warmed up from day before. Needless to say I will not be back at the Adairsville Ga CB until they switch out managers if this is the case.
