Wendy's restaurant has mixed reviews. The lobby was described as dirty and there were issues with the drink machine. The service through the drive-thru was slow and there was an issue with a wrong order. However, the staff was reported to be nice and the nuggets and chocolate frosty received positive comments. The fries were noted to have changed in taste and appearance, which was unexpected for some customers. The location's cleanliness was appreciated. Customers shared positive experiences with staff members, mentioning friendly greetings and great service, especially at the drive-thru. One customer appreciated how the staff member made sure a gluten-free order was perfect, showing attention to detail. Despite some negative comments about the floors being sticky, slow service at times, and a wrong order, many enjoyed their interactions with the staff and the overall atmosphere. The drive-thru staff, particularly two gentlemen, left a good impression, and the food, including nuggets and the chocolate frosty, was well-received. Overall, there are varying experiences with the food and service at this Wendy's.
