There is too many call in orders that tie up their staff all the while in dining waits for close to an hour to get breakfast, left, went to Waffle House and got food in 7 mins. The folks who call in do NOT leave a tip and that would stop. I would remove the phones and let the come in a wait for their orders because you are losing folks who leave and go elsewhere like have done twice. And for sure I will never return again. The way the do the cooking is also slow, cook one order at a time.

Let me start by saying the lady with the braces was great and she’s the sole reason for the stars. My server was Ms. Connie and she was not good. She asked for my drink order which was coffee and water with lemon. She neglected the lemon, no problem I just asked for it again. She took my order, ok cool. When she brought my food, she just plopped it on the table and walked away. I was hoping she walked away like that because she noticed my coffee was empty (I didn’t have the opportunity to ask for a refill, she walked away so quickly). She never came back to refill my coffee nor to ask was the food ok which it was not. With the exception of the bacon and sausage, most of the food remained on my plate. I stood by the cash register for 4 minutes waiting for someone to cash me out. After refilling other customers’ drinks, delivering food and having a drink herself, she finally comes to cash me out. Never asked if everything was ok or if I enjoyed my meal. Just gave me the total and took my card. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave a tip and because I’ve waited tables before, I’m usually a great tipper and I entered this diner this morning with the full intent of leaving a $20 cash tip(mainly because I love to see people smile) but I cannot tip for subpar, substandard, mediocre service. I truly hope her day gets better.

Need to ask customers regarding extra seasoning sauce on steak some ppl are allergic to ingredients in that sauce. Stop giving 80 percent fat steak to customers gross.Do not just take food off of a salad just because customer doesn't want it. Make it fresh like other locations do.I

YUM YUM is all I have to say. Great food, great service, and great prices. 3 squares Diner by far blows away the competition like those houses of waffles and huddles!
