My family and I just left here and the customer service was soooooo not fulfilling. The black guy that was at the register had the worst attitude and he knew he was making me mad and he started to laugh. To the point me and my family just walked out. I have never received that type of customer service from this place before. Please move him from the front.

Every time I come here and use my debit card I start getting notifications for purchases from Amazon if it was me trying to make a purchase. Have to cancel card and go to the bank to get new one. I'm done with this place.

When I arrived at the business I seen a roach crawling on the door. As a tourist I picked this restaurant for a nice food review but instead I see a roach. I also walked in and was rudely disrespected. It's crazy we can't support black businesses anymore. Young people are so disrespectful and think I'm supposed to spend my money on this place. I think not. Please call pest control for the critters and the employees because they both need RAID. smh I do not recommend this establishment to anyone that's new here. Disgusting

We drove from the other side of town and still walked out. We were not greeted, we stood at the counter looking at the menu for about a minute. During that time the guy at the counter was just standing there. We left because the service was horrible and prices even worse….

They WONT get my money anymore for these refried ass wings. Then I paid extra for all flats and they serve you small wings with the bone hanging out 😡 I HATE whn ppl play with my hard earned money but BEST BELIEVE THEY WONTGET NO MORE MONEY OUT OF ME!!!

Very unprofessional!!! When I walked in I was not greeted. The guy just stood behind the counter and continued his conversation about “creaming a female”.
When my food was ready, the young lady called out a number and just stood there. I asked what kind of wings and she said “mild and another kind but I can’t tell u cuz u suppose to have your receipt”. Luckily I did have my receipt but wasn’t told to keep it nor was I told the order number.
This is my first time ever coming to this establishment and it will be my last!!!

Prices are ridiculous... I totally understand inflation but man.. Food was med... their ranch dressing is TERRIBLE, it taste sweet. The combo dnt even come with Celery and carrots. I wouldn't eat there again. Workers are just there.. Also why no fruit punch fountain/machine.. that's the best part of getting wings.
Service was horrible. I spent almost 70$ on food and was told I would be charged for buffalo sauce even though I I have chicken tenders and wings.

Go for the food not the service. The food has never disappointed me but its the staff that does. It wouldnt hurt to be a bit more friendly and get off your phone. Even a "hows it going today" would be better than silence
