He was very rude and said “ yall think yall about to eat here” these was his exact words !! so we left please fix your management and their smart mouths . No matter how much I give them time & try to come back, it’s worst than before. We were the only table. The bartender sat us & went back to conversing with an employee. She proceeded to go to the back talk, come back out and then make the employee a drink. Finally came back to us. Of course we had our entire order ready. We then waited another ten minutes before we even got drinks. Mine you one was a soft drink. The fact that it’s either here or Waffle House after 10 is so unfortunate. They can easily get more business if there was even a small sense of urgency, professionalism and decent customer service. At least the food is good. Where is management???

I had an amazing experience at Applebee's! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by how quickly my meal arrived with no wait time at all! Plus, the Veterans Day discount was the cherry on top, offering a free meal as a token of appreciation. Overall, a fantastic visit and definitely deserving of five stars!

Dirty, dead flies in windows, dispenser sloppy, dirty, no sugar. Coffee very stale old, no silverware, disgusted by filth, dirtiness, lost my appetite, high noon many tables one server. Tifton Applebee's same way at lunch no help. Service ok but I won't eat at an Applebee's for a long time now. Florida Applebee's in Lakeland and Naples the bomb!!! Loved them

So to start this visit, it's dark and not very welcoming in the restaurant. We sit down and order the 2 for 25. I pick the house salad and grilled chicken breast entree. The salad comes out with half of it brown and nasty. Had to pick it all out before I could eat it. Then they send out my entree and immediately the chicken looked off. Sure enough, I cut into it to find it's STILL RAW! How do you send raw chicken out!? Will not be returning!

I go here to eat at least 3 times a month. It's not a busy as it used to be bc its very short staffed now, but the food is still good and its a nice atmosphere. If you visit, just ask for Jennifer better known as Auntie and she will get you right EVERYTIME no matter how busy or slow business is there.

They should close this Applebee's location down or replace the management and staff. The restaurant was dirty and the ladies' restroom was disgusting, the bar glasses were dirty and they didn't have a bartender, the manager looked unprofessional and disheveled and the staff looked like they walked off the street and started working. I've been going to this location off and on since 2001. It's sad it looks like this now.
We never had an opportunity to eat. No one came and stood in line and no one came to seat us after 10 or more minutes ke left. This is happening way too often. This is the 3rd time.

Ordered from doordash . Food was ice cold . Doordash offered me a 6.00 refund on a 57.00 bill . Food spoils after it drops temperature. And how long was it below temperature? Who knows . But doordash don't care .it's not what I paid for and I'm insulted by the 6.00 offer. Plus it's a credit . Not even money back into my account. It was taking a long time , so I call the driver . Driver said was waiting on several orders .

I ate lunch here today and the salad was clearly almost wilted. Time to toss for sure. The chicken that was fried and placed on top of my salad was stale. My server was great , he was very nice & took great care of my mother and I. I ate my salad but I was reminded of why I don’t come here often to eat. The tables needed cleaning and seats still had debris from leftover food in them. I didn’t enjoy my food but I enjoyed my server and my mother’s company.
