LOVE!!! I definitely recommend any of their pretzel bites. I’ve been going for years and usually get the cinnamon. You really get the bang for your buck. Pretzels are huge!!! Super good and reliable food. Service is usually nice and the atmosphere is relatively good. Never had any problems. Will recommend!

The best Auntie Annie's I have been at so far. Super nice owners and staff. Pretzels made to order were perfect and delicious. If you are in the Albany Area I recommend. In the Albany mall and at the Chuckie Cheese entrance and to the left of Kay's Jewelers.

“It’s just pretzels” a phrase I often repeat to myself, but to no prevail I always end up back here. They’re good and always hot and wonderful. Sometimes they’re customer service isn’t so good, but they get an extra star for having amazing food. From sweet to salty to hotdogs, they can do no wrong. Honestly the cashier could curse me and I would still come back for more with a smile on my face.
Auntie Anne's is great for a snack or cold drink. The owners are very nice and respectful.. My wife loves the frozen hot chocolate they have around Christmas time. The pepperoni pretzels are a favorite of mine. They also have cinnamon sugar dessert pretzels which taste pretty good, too.
