Austin's Firegrill & Oyster Bar

My brother was very disappointed in the oysters on the half shell that he ordered. Most of them were the size of a dime and smaller. We complain to the management and they still charged us $28.So sad. We will not be back. We had an excellent waiter. The place was packed. The $28 would not have hurt them to keep their customers coming back. Don't they know where the mouth is the best advertisement!! I wish we'd have went to AJ's instead!

The kicking chicken was delicious and messy! The Cajun pasta was a large portion and tasty.

Cool looking place. Food was okay. The poor server she was trying. There seemed to be a lot of staff there but our server was struggling. Food took a while to get out.

About this place walked greeted seated within minutes. Friendly waitress until something went wrong. Met a friend i had fried pickles she had fried catfish fingers we got our food with in reasonable time problem was I was eating my food I found catfish all throughout my pickles and I can't eat seafood told waitress about it she got rude went got management she was MORE rude said its all fried in one big fryer so what else would I want didnt get ANYTHING PAID FOR MY DRINK AND LEFT WILL NEVER GO BACK. YOU NEED to be aware that ppl are allergic to stuff need to invest in 2 dryers so that things like this won't happen. And you seem to act as if its the CUSTOMER FAULT!!!!

My husband and I had dinner there along with a huge group. We when got there nothing had been set up. We had to wait on them to get everything together and this was planned ahead of time and the restaurant was notified well in advance of the date and time. We were seated outside in the heat with only 2 fans and the fans were sitting at the end of 1 table and the only people who could feel the fans were the ones who sat at that table. We were told they had fans that sprayed a mist that would help to cool things down. No one ever came out to set those up or separate the fans where everyone could feel some moving air. I got so hot I almost passed out. I had to step inside the restaurant to cool off. That was awkward stepping inside where everyone else was sitting at their tables staring at you. The other bad thing about it is they had a back room that we could have been sat in and I'm sure it would have been a whole lot cooler. The food was mediocre at best.

As a visitor to the area and lover of oysters this place is fantastic
My bartender/server Lillian was GREAT!!! She runs her butt of back there very attentive to her customers has great personality and the kind of personality every employer wants behind the bar.
I will definitely come back here!!!

Food good, bot dont order to go, or doordash...dry potato, even when butter was requested..as if you should have to do that..wife ordered Brisket...no slaw..no pickles..as the menu said was included...no BBQ sauce....really? Do they treat in house guest like this? Do better

We ordered from Austins thru Door Dash this evening while travelling through town. When our order arrived my brisket plate had no sauce, my coleslaw was missing and no pickle. My baked potato was dry and no butter, sour cream or anything in the bag. Seems like a restaurant like this would want to do better than that with ALL of its customers. We will not be back in person or with Door Dash.

Went to visit my son in Albany, Georgia. Everytime we visit we go to chain dine in restaurants like olive garden,out back and others and food was always salty and we would feel sick, so my son said let's go to Austin's grill and oyster bar, Thank you for the Great fillet mignon and steak and teriyaki wings, everything was seasoned perfectly!!! Can't wait till I come back again from Conneticut🤑

The server was amazing. She was doing everything she needed to do. My problem is why it took an hour for my steak to come out. They weren't even that busy. Food was still good but I kinda wasn't even hungry after it came. Its a nice place and almost all the servers are absolutely beautiful!!! 😍 I would definitely come back for the eye candy lol
