My father made reservations with a women that works here named Sarah on February 9th for a party of 25 for a rehearsal dinner on March 22nd. He confirmed the reservation Monday March18th with Sarah. All 25 of us show up on time and they had “no clue” of our reservations. My dad luckily had proof because he had been texting Sarah back and forth confirming everything. Unfortunately we all had to leave because there was no way they could seat all of us. Wedding rehearsal dinner ruined. Thanks Austins, we appreciate it!

My experience at Austin’s Firegrill in Albany GA was generally positive. The service was decent, and I opted for the South Paw chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. I particularly enjoyed the fried potato chips, which were excellent, and the sweet potato waffle fries were a standout. The atmosphere is always good. While there was nothing particularly spectacular about the experience, I would definitely return in the future. Overall, a solid choice for a meal out in Albany.

In town and wanted a hamburger after searching online we decided this will be perfect. You have to call for a Togo order. No going in to do an order. But definitely was worth the confusion.

The restaurant is amazing. Mile-high burgers, delicious fried grouper, cheesy grits, and crispy fries. Hubby said the oysters were overdone. What makes a restaurant amazing? The staff. The bartender had a crowd of customers at the bar and the bar tables, and she had all the tables in the restaurant that ordered drinks.. She sure handled things. It was fun to watch her maneuver. She had a great attitude and perfect food recommendations.

This was our 3rd time here, and this last time, the food was awful. The waiter was a bit off, and he forgot several of our items that we had ordered.

The service was excellent. I ordered the Oyster Rockefeller and some raw. They were OK but overpriced for the quality. $88 was a bit much for 2 dozen plus a cold beer.

The food was good, but not for the price. We had the salmon, broccoli and baked potato and it was almost $25 each. The service was great server's and those that cleared the table of dirty dishes was friendly, helpful and they all worked together as a team.

I ordered shrimp and grits and I couldn’t tell the rue from the grits. I complained and I asked to speak with a manager who basically refused to come speak to me. So please be advised that the food basically sucks!
We sat outside on the deck. Was a little chili, but they turned the heater on for us. I ordered the shrimp and grits and a salad. We specifically came here for the shrimp and grits. Austin's does them up amazing. The table shared fried pickles and the firegrilled oysters. A good place for a group of people and the service is friendly and stay on top of everything.

First off we waited 55 mins for our food to come out. We specifically asked that the oysters be brought out as an appetizer. That order was canceled because they did not do it. The a plate with chocolate on it was brought out for us to eat on. The The waiter lied to us and said there was no manager on duty. Next a person in our party found a blonde hair in her food. There are no blonde haired people in our party. Not a good experience at all.
Ordered bacon cheeseburger well done ,was not well done and the two pieces of bacon were the size of postage stamp hidden under the cheese however they have clean restrooms and nice staff .
