“I give this store 5 stars because of Trenton in the auto service area. If you ever tried calling Walmart Automotive Care Center or basically any area of the store, your chances are similar to winning the lottery on making a connection. However, this is not true in the auto area (Ledo rd) department. Trenton does an outstanding job of juggling. He will answer the phone and 'yes, you will be put on hold' as he waits on customer's in line but he does return to the phone. If you ask a lot of the employees a question they do not try to find the answer and will either tell you that it is not sold at the store or they are out. I advise you to download the app for location of items. However, when I spoke with Trenton, he took the time to verify that the items were available before I drove to that location. After arriving, I watched him multi-tasking and his performance was very good. There was always customers in line and the phone ringing, but his positive attitude and professionalism sets him apart from the average worker who doesn't care about customers. He is a valued asset to that area.“
