Bianca‘s is attractive, comfortable, well staffed, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Veal Marsala. The veal was tender, and the portion was generous.

I hosted dinner guests for business, and we had a great experience at Bianca's. It is one of our favorite places to host guests.

I loved my first visit at Bianca's! I came there to celebrate my 27th Birthday with my sisters and they enjoyed themselves as well. We were well taken care of by our waiters and it was a beautiful place! I definitely will be coming back soon! May The Lord Jesus bless you all and keep you all!✝️🙌🏽❤️

I have eaten and supported this restaurant since its first opening. I made a reservation a WEEK in advance for five people at 6:45 only to arrive and be told that it was at least a 20 minute wait. When we finally were seated at our “reserved” table, it was in the back corner of the new build-out of restaurant by the bathrooms. The server was awful, as were the table runners. I had to asker the server (JP) to take our order. When he finally came back to take the order after 20 minutes passed, we never saw him again. I had to ask I had to stop and ask table runners to bring more bread, fill up water glasses three times. No one was ever proactive and stopped to ask. Could they do any of those things in advance. Finally at 8:15 p.m. after ordering three, $70 Bianca‘s fillets, a table runner brought out three orders of truffle fries that were sides for the filets. The rest of the dishes slowly staggered out over the next ten minutes. My chicken piccata and fettuccine were lukewarm. I saw the server a total of three times , until he came the fourth and asked if we wanted dessert. This was at 9:00 pm. As a sidenote between my bar bill with tip at $90, and my meal with tip at $409, I will be going to a STEWBO's restaurant in the future where the food will be outstanding, served timely, and the service will be superb. What was the ultimate slap in the face was the owner Jerry finally came into our room at 9 PM to greet patrons, and never even came to our table to inquire if food was good or not.

Excellent calamari and the Alfredo seems to be made the traditional way with just butter, cheese, and pasta water. A little disappointed that entree didn't come with bread, but that could just be me loving my carbs.

This is my 4th time dining here and I must say that it has improved as far as time waiting. In the past I've made reservations and had to wait 1 hour to be seated. My last time it only took 5 minutes so I was happy about that. Service is always consistently nice and food was good.

Our meals were great. Scampi Affogati and Baked Spaghetti. Great taste. Also, Hunter was our server again and he was excellent. The last time there was in Oct. for our wedding anniversary and our most recent visit on January 3rd was my wife's birthday. We also received via email and received a free dessert which we loved, Strawberry Cheescake. Hunter and the rest of your staff made us feel as valued customers. We hope to return soon. Thank you! My husband was so excited to take me here but it’s Albany so I didn't expect much. I wasn’t disappointed! We made a reservation (bc where we live it’s what you do and it was Tgiving wk.) The hostess (with thick-rimmed glasses) clearly needs more training bc she put us in the bar next to 5 extremely loud women. It was the bar and they should’ve been loud! But why would we make a reservation to be placed in the bar?!! AND placed beside them when the entire long bench was empty seats. No one else was against the wall and she couldn’t even place us away from them? Why place us right beside them when they had too many people there to begin with for that table and we couldn’t even sit comfortably along the wall? The other person who took us to our seat in the bar made the ultimate etiquette faux pas and placed a disgusting menu on top of our napkins and plates. We asked to be moved to the dining room where the ambiance was nicer and the same hostess who placed us in the bar then placed us right in the walk way when there were only FOUR tables taken in the whole place. The server then took at least ten minutes to come to our table. Where was she? No one was there! She was talking so fast I couldn’t even understand her. She rattled the specials off and it was just such poor service. The place started filling up but we couldn’t even talk bc people were walking by (to better seats bc the hostess couldn’t even be bothered to give a reservation a good seat.) Servers were everywhere and extremely eager with not enough people to warrant the constant rush of people by our table. They were bumping into us, our tables, our menus and coming so close to us that they were ruffling our jackets, hair, etc. It was just an awful experience and we had a drink and left. . We went to the Catch and had an amazing experience and the food was top notch! Please train your hostess/server better. If you want this to be fine dining, you’ve got a long way to go. But let’s be honest, it’s Albany and it won’t change bc standards there are very low due to choices. My suggestion is train the kids you’ve got in there or start hiring older people. Reading the other reviews about food, I’m glad we didn’t stay and prob won’t be back. It’s sad bc everyone misses Garganos so much and I was hoping this would be a nice replacement.

Party of two. We had pollo piccata and a cannoli and crème brûlée for our dessert. Food was one star. Desserts possibly two stars. Our server, Daniel S was one star. I had to ask him for our check several times. We finally waited at the front desk until he gave us our check. The ticket was $75.80 and Daniel needs to be paid, so I tipped him 20%. The restaurant was very crowded. Guess we ordered the wrong menu item. Check #163, Table 47. Meal ordered on 12/18/2025 at 1839 hours.
