From the moment we walked in, the service was on point, friendly, fast, and welcoming. Fresh & Delicious Salads were crisp, flavorful, and paired with their incredible homemade ranch dressing. The Crab Cakes were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The Seafood and French fries were fantastic! Fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. Huge Portions! You definitely get your money’s worth here! Not only is the food outstanding, but the owners are wonderful people who truly care about their customers. I’ll be going back real soon! Love love love this place!!! Awesome service and very friendly! Got chicken tacos and side salad. Very yummy! Homemade ranch is my absolute favorite I could drink it. My mom and dad have also went. My dad got the steak and loved it! GO TO BLACKBEARDS.

10/10 won’t be back. Not only was service crappy the food was awful. Husband ordered a steak dinner medium well an it come out completely raw and gummy in the middle. Charged us almost $10 for a side salad. And when telling the staff they recommended my husband go to McDonald’s.

This was a short road trip. My Sisters, niece, great-great nephew, and I carpool together on the way to my nephew and his wife's baby shower. It had been so long since we got together. We were laughing having fun enjoying each other. This was a family gathering for us. We work so hard and Don't get a chance to see each other as much. The restaurant we were traveling to was Black Beard in Albany, Ga. The baby shower was there. When we walked in, it was like they were waiting for us. We didn't know what was going on. We let them know why we were there, we were a little early. So we said we would get a bite to eat. So we go to the area where the baby shower would be located to sit and order. The attitude of the young girl was so ugly. She said y'all can't sit in the area where the baby shower is until half the party gets here. The only people we knew were my nephew and his wife and his mother-in-law and father-in-law. Other than that we did know anybody else. So we asked to be seated somewhere else, and she said if you sit somewhere else you have to eat where we sit you. In other words, we couldn't take our food to another area. So they told us we would have to sit in the lobby, these two girls, one was a manager she looked to be 18, and 19. They treated us so cold. Chrystal and Rhiannah were the two Girls. They handle this situation in the wrong way. We were not greeted with a smile how are you doing? I will never return to Black Bear in Albany, Ga. It was 24 to the table and no one came out to help the guy that waited on us. What happen to team work He did an awesome job, and we awarded him very well. He didn't have to share his top. Much love you young man. The food was not that good!!

Very large menu, nice when everyone wants something different. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very attentive. The food was very good for the price with large sized portions.

We were very surprised that this crab boil was only $23.99. My wife and I split the plate and ordered a piece of fried catfish and slaw. Everything was great.

The service and food are always great. Fried food is served hot & fresh, and the Bar-B-Q is great too. My favorite are the shrimp, butterfly or popcorn. I won't be ordering the scallops again as they were stamped fish substance and very rubbery. Everything else on our seafood platter, which they allowed substitutions for what we didn't care for, was great. Shrimp tacos ate always a fav too.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. $40 for a small pan of beans and upon tasting them, Blackbeard's manager stated that's too bad that we don't like them and they wouldn't replace or do ANYTHING to fix the matter. The manager got on the phone talking in circles and said she has no way ever to contact her GM, as he comes and goes. Sounds to me like me like that $40 they got was far more important than any customer of theirs. I encourage you not to patronize such a business where good customer service is not of their concern in the least bit.

Very good food and Awesome customer service! Please start back doing something for Birthdays. Our first time going and alot of my family traveled to meet there. We all Loved the food and the atmosphere.
