Was debating on whether or not to rate it 2 stars or 3. Customer Service is nice, but you can easily tell the workers are overworked. As a matter of fact every time I've been there, there is only ever one girl there, and she's very friendly, but you can't expect only one person to be on all the time. I'm honestly only giving 3 stars cause of her. If not for her, definitely a 1 star. The ice cream is terrible. It's very bland and doesn't taste good at all. I didn't have the issue with melting like other people have said, but the ice cream cones don't taste good. I ordered a milkshake as well and same as above. Very, very bland and almost water like consistency. Opened the lid and it had a nasty smell like it's almost spoiled threw it away after a few sips

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was currently 5:53PM. Me, my boyfriend and 4 other kids (we're all of color) were standing at the register. There were 3 workers behind the counter (all white) seeming as if they were cleaning. We stood there for 5 minutes, no one said greeted us, not even to at least tell us they were closed. As I began to walk away I noticed a white couple and their child walk up to the register. I decided to stay behind and see what would happen. One worker stepped out from the back and went to go help them and ring them up. So my boyfriend went back and asked what the problem was. The boy that went on the ladder said they were closed and couldn't help anyone. While he's telling us this, I'm watching the girl ring the white couple up. So, there's really no doubt what just happened to us. And I plan on calling corporate about this encounter.

Nothing sugar free, low sugar or no sugar added. This day and age you should service a larger clientele.

My daughter and I went here to try it and see how it was and the ice cream melted as soon as she got it and it had chunks of ice in it. I got the carmel popcorn and little to my surprise it was stale. Along with that we got the hotdog, nachos, and fries, once again it was bad. Nachos were soggy and drenched in nacho cheese, the hotdog was very cold, and the fries I literally could have bought from WALMART. Little to say the only good thing was the fountain drinks. My daughter and I are not only disappointed we are not coming back.

My husband and I went here for an anniversary treat and was sadly disappointed. The ice cream was runny and melting as soon as it was scooped, it tasted frostbitten and the waffle cone was stale! The young lady was less than enthusiastic to provide service and could barely be understood. Homerun Foods, a gas station; serves better ice cream than this establishment.

Love this pizza place, hate that I have to walk through the mall to get it. I wish they had another location. Pizza is my favorite in town, slices are big just like flavor.

To blue moon yogurt co.: They don't even deserve a one. Their popcorn machine has mold in it and the children that work there are extremely rude. The people that i worked with today did not look me in the eye, did not say you're welcome, threw the pen and receipt at me and told me to sign it.

I had ny second visit to Blue Moon since that other pizza place, Sbarro, closed down, and it was my first visit to Brick Oven Pizza. At Blue Moon, I could see roaches on the back wall toward the stock area. I avoided ordering completely. I walked over to Brick Oven Pizza. I ordered some pizza and a drink because everything else looked like frozen, thawed out garbage. The pizza had way too mich crust and the slice felt... moist while the crust was way too hard. Like, dense, even. I asked one of the little girls that worked there if the dough was fresh. She stuttered for a second and grabbed one of the pizza makers. He said "of course it's fresh, man. Don't you see us makin' it?" I asked if they use prepackaged dough. He said "why would we do that? That would be plain disgusting." Low and behold, I witnessed a gentleman carrying trash out for their store over to the right of books-a-million (if you're facing the store from the parking lot,) and a box of dough, the same dough I've seen them use at that Harvest Moon joint on Dawson Rd. I felt lied to. I really miss that Sbarro place. I once asked them if they made their own dough. They came out with a video of them doing it, and tossed me a little piece of dough. It was so cool. Brick Oven and Blue Moon are utter garbage. Their owner was being rude to a guy in the food court once, too. Oh well. That's not our business in the food court or anything.
