I come here at least once a week. I stopped by on 2/1 and purchased three pints; 1- mint chocolate, 1-butter pecan and 1- cookie dough. The butter pecan had no pecans and tasted like straight vanilla and the mint chocolate had a pink tint in the middle of the pint but it was awful. I didn't attempt to try the cookie dough. Something was off with this ice cream because it has never not tasted great.

Low review Only for the fact that they were out of almost everything. But what got me was shakes are made with ice cream and ice cream was all they had. I have worked in the food industry and we would go get what was needed to make it work from local stores. I'm no shake professional but pretty sure shakes are made from milk and ice cream. I may be wrong but a little sad that the only decent ice cream place around couldn't even do a shake

On August 19, 2024, I parked and walked up to the window. when I got someone to look at me after for them Serve the drive through. A Young woman came to the window came to the window, and pointed to a handwritten. A tiny sign hand written saying window closed must use drive through. I found this to be very rude and considerate and not the equality of service.. I walked away deciding.I did not need ice cream from this place.

I gave them a 3/5 simply because 2 days ago I was eating my delicious ice cream that I’d been craving for a week. The more I ate the better it got, until I ran across a piece of rubber or glue like material inside of my ice cream. I called the store to speak with a manager and all I could hear was laughter and playing. The manager was not in so I asked for a call back. Still no call back. Kind of had me sick to my stomach and I had to throw the rest of my ice cream away.
The ice cream was GREAT! The Service was EXCEPTIONAL! We were quite surprised tonight when we placed our order this evening. Not sure of the young man who took our order - but HUGE THANK YOU!!!
They had many employees on the line and they weren't very efficient although they were extremely friendly!! The ice cream came out good and the kids enjoyed it! The price was not bad at all considering how much ice cream they had gotten, roughly came out to a dollar a scoop or so! Parking is not great because they are in a tiny plaza and the drive-thru usually has a line so efficiency of serving orders would be essential to moving customers out.

Key Lime Pie is my favorite flavor. And of course… I have to have a Dino cookie too with every order of ice cream.
Well…yesterday I picked up a pint of Key Lime Pie and ordered a Dino cookie. After the young man handed me the bag… I took one look at my cookie and saw a portion of the bottom missing. I looked up at the young man and gave him a look.
He asked what’s wrong? I said I don’t have a whole Dino cookie. The look I gave him would have easily caused unfavorable customer service yet he gave me and my daughter an award winning smile and replaced the cookie.
I always get good customer service at this location.
However…it was Ben who made the customer service great on this day!
