Folks lock the door a hour before they close. If y’all don’t close @9:30 no more then y’all need to change that on Google. I’m tired of being hungry around that time, craving BTJs and it don’t even be time for y’all to close yet but y’all have the doors locked anyway.

The fish and wings are always good. If you go, you will keep going. I wish they would allow us to call in and place a to-go order and I wish I didn't get asked for money everytime I go but I always feel safe and the food is good, so I'll keep going.

Food is always good. Occasionally the wing size is questionable, but not often. Lots of wing flavors. Honey lemon pepper is my favorite. Fried rice is good. Whatever wing sauce you get is great added to the fries. Staff usually sucks if I'm being honest. The cashiers never even say hello, much less ask what you would like to order. I've seen them argue and fight with customers (ngl its been triggered by lousy customers every time, but still inappropriate by an employee). You don't go here for the service, you go for the food. The food is good enough that you overlook these things. They do well enough that they don't even have a phone or do call in orders. There is plenty of seating while you wait. Most people just wait on their food and go. You could sit there and eat, but its not somewhere I'd want to stay and eat at.

The wings are great! I come here once or twice a week to get their GOLDEN BBQ or HONEY LEMON PEPPER 😋 but the service is horrible. I had to greet the cashier twice before getting a response, then here comes the attitude. She was on her phone with the volume up the whole time. It’s the same cashier every time I come around lunch time with the same antics.

Simply put the wings i got were trash...they were very tiny and very over cooked my fries were way better then the Cornish hen wings this place serves...I will NEVER go back to this place.
If I could leave no stars I would. The customer service is terrible. The young girl on the cashier whose teeth looked too big for her mouth was very rude. The smell by the drink machine reminds me of a porter potty it was absolutely terrible. There was sooooo much dust on the ceiling, the tv and around the inside. I was absolutely disgusted I lost my appetite. Couldn’t even tell you what the food tasted like threw it in the trash. First and last time ever going.
