Really bad service Monday. Employees just disappeared for a period of time that evening no service. Food was mediocre. Will never come here again. People were hanging with employees smoking vapes in the restaurant. Weird place.

Although my wife enjoyed her fried chicken sandwich, my naked tenders were just terrible. They were tough, bland, and chewy. I've worked in a restaurant kitchen and I believe the naked tenders were boiled before being lightly seared on a flattop. Disgusting. Poor quality with ENORMOUS prices. We had three basic entrées, one appetizer ($10), and no desserts or alcohol. With tip it was $75. Not even remotely worth it. BWW used to be slow with great food and fair prices. Now it's slow with low-quality food and sky-high prices. Likely my last visit.

I eat Buffalo Wild Wings every once and awhile, for the first time in maybe two years I try them I get food poisoning. I chalked it up to it being a bad day in the kitchen. Last night after Six months , my friend and I decided to order some wings since it was late I order the maple chipotle with the Parmesan garlic , my friend got the Cajun garlic it was a, different time on a different day , we both ordered different flavors. WE BOTH ARE SUFFERING FROM FOOD POISONING. Not sure what is going on with the kitchen and the people who are cooking but something needs to be done about this. My friend and I cannot be the only suffering from food poisoning. I will not be going back two times is enough. I have officially learned my lesson.

Absolutely the worst place to come if you want even decent service. I ordered a water when i first arrived and never received it, this was made worse by the fact we never saw our waitress until it was time to get our ticket, she didn't even bring us out our food someone else had to. Then we get our ticket, we were eating with a group, and the waitress had charged me for someone else's meal. She didn't even tell me anything, i only knew this after she thought i was someone else and didn't bring out my ticket when she brought out the others, i checked my receipt and the total didn't match what was charged on my bank account, it matched the total of someone else who was there with us. I asked her about it and she said it would be fixed but i still don't see the charge for what i was supposed to pay, even though i signed a receipt, and only see the incorrect amount still on there so now i have to wait and see if this gets fixed in the next few days. It's a great place to watch games but the service is just terrible

I've eaten here before that's why I even patronized, but the service is horrible. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before the server(Tiffany) came over to warn us that she was our server. She took our drink orders without giving us menus. Another family (6-7ppl) arrived and she immediately went over to address them , gave them menus and even started taking their orders. At this point I'm pissed so we walked out. 20 minutes no food, the booths are unbearably dirty and the service is below average. I hope Tiffany received the tip she was hoping for when she prioritized a larger family's meal over my sons and I. We won't be back.

Server acted like she wanted to be anywhere except with us people two sets two tables two high tops came and sat down after us and got served before us when I asked for water she goes drink comes with it I said I'm thirsty for some water now and then when I asked for lemonade she goes I'm going to bring you a refill and brought me back water when I asked for a lemonade. When I got my food my French fries were lukewarm the plate was hot from the heat lamps my chicken strips word lukewarm whenever I ask anything she would have roll her eyes. It seemed like I was too much trouble all I asked for was water a lemonade and barbecue sauce. She did not have a waitress personality. She act like I was an inconvenience to her day. When I did ask anything she huffed and rolled her eyes.. Not . Also wheny friend asked for a drink refill she brought a cup. Poured it in to the other cup. And poured the rest in mine. Highly unprofessional. She should have brought me my own glass of lemonade and my friend should have got a fresh glass of lemonade not pouring it from one cup to another. The whole situation was horrible. And that I have been a waitress and casinos and high-end dining places I do tip exceedingly well but I left 18% because I didn't want her to have to pay for me to be there but it might have taught her a lesson.and I have been a hairdresser for over 40 years and I taught how to do proper customer service so there was nobody there that I seen that even had an a shred of customer service unless it was one of the regulars and the regulars got the VIP treatment. Every customer walking through that door should be treated as royalty they are your bread your butter and believe it or not customers are the ones that are making your staffs compensation in wages. So even if they looked at me like a dollar bill walking in the door that's fine but to be treated shabby is not acceptable please please train your staff customer service is a dying art and although I liked your food it was cold I hope that you take in consideration I took time out of my day to go to your restaurant not to be treated poorly but to be treated like a valued customer. Hopefully you can change my mind about ever coming back I really appreciate you looking into this matter and I really am anticipating what you would do to compensate my time energy and my bad experience.
Love the specials. Excellent environment for winding down after a long days work.
