Wasn’t busy waited a hour no server came. A WHOLE HOUR. went to tables around us but ignored us. Never going back and will tell every person I see and know to not recommend it. And put one star for food because I couldn’t even try it

My guess is they are terribly short handed. It was super slow, I witnessed someone walkout due to being unable to place a drink order, another fella ordered at the takeout counter because of how slow the bar was. The bartender was sweet and doing her best, but it was too much for any one person. Food was good, but a bit cold by the time I received it. Most very obviously frustrated with the lack of service.

We set ourselves according to the sign.And we sat and waited fifteen minutes, and no one approached us.It was not busy at all. When I asked the server, is there someone covering the floor she mumbled and turned her back and went a different direction.This is probably the most unprofessional buffalo, wild wings.I've ever been to.

Went to eat dinner & they weren’t even crowded. Took forever to acknowledge we were there at table. Waitress was not friendly at all! They took forever to get drinks. Food was not the best! They were out of one item & didn’t even offer replacement or to deduct off bill. Many workers standing around looking at phones. No drink refills offered! Terrible service & medocre food. Won’t be going to this BWW again!!! 2nd visit like this at this same one!

My fiance and I were going out for a date night and when we arrived, every table in there was dirty. We sat down to wait for it to be cleaned due to it being busy, after sitting there for about 15 minutes another family walked in and we were finally acknowledged. They told us they were fixing to clean us off a table, but then sat the family that came in after us. So we sat and waited for them to finish cleaned off the other table, then another family walks in and they sat there before us as well. After sitting there another 10 minutes and tired of being ignored, we got up and left. We sat there 30 minutes and 2 families who came in 15-20 minutes after us was sat before us. Very disappointed.

Really bad service Monday. Employees just disappeared for a period of time that evening no service. Food was mediocre. Will never come here again. People were hanging with employees smoking vapes in the restaurant. Weird place.
Although my wife enjoyed her fried chicken sandwich, my naked tenders were just terrible. They were tough, bland, and chewy. I've worked in a restaurant kitchen and I believe the naked tenders were boiled before being lightly seared on a flattop. Disgusting. Poor quality with ENORMOUS prices. We had three basic entrées, one appetizer ($10), and no desserts or alcohol. With tip it was $75. Not even remotely worth it. BWW used to be slow with great food and fair prices. Now it's slow with low-quality food and sky-high prices. Likely my last visit.

I eat Buffalo Wild Wings every once and awhile, for the first time in maybe two years I try them I get food poisoning. I chalked it up to it being a bad day in the kitchen. Last night after Six months , my friend and I decided to order some wings since it was late I order the maple chipotle with the Parmesan garlic , my friend got the Cajun garlic it was a, different time on a different day , we both ordered different flavors. WE BOTH ARE SUFFERING FROM FOOD POISONING. Not sure what is going on with the kitchen and the people who are cooking but something needs to be done about this. My friend and I cannot be the only suffering from food poisoning. I will not be going back two times is enough. I have officially learned my lesson.
