“Customer service was excellent. I made a mistake in placing the order and the staff were gracious enough to fix my mistake. Three times with no questions asked the store was also very gracious and handling customers who were there who appeared to be homeless they serve them they allow them to come in and have a seat from the heat, my hand goes up to the manager and the owner of the store.“
“I eat out a lot and I have to say the ogelthorpe burger king has the best service in town with the morning crew. From taking your order to paying and receiving your food, excellent service. We need more people like the morning crew . They make people want to come back. Awesome job to all morning employees.“
“This was my first time going to this one on South Slappy Blvd, 5-21-25 my daughter wanted something to eat and her and her twin brother love this place they go with there Grandma,so I decided it will be a girl days day and as I pull up to place my order Lakimbria took my order and she was on point and friendly as I pulled to cash out Marquez was friendly as well they had good costumes service I will be going back .A+“
“Today's visit was mixed- fries on both of our combos were piping hot & crisp!! My husband's sandwich on #4 combo was soggy from too much mayo (didn't know it would be like that, next time will ask for easy mayo?).. my fish sandwich was good (asked for NO tartar sauce and got hvy pickles ???)overall- hot, crispy and flaky. Wasn't crazy about lemonade today- had a taste of powdery syrup & too lemony (are they using powdered mix w wrong ratios??) Will be back soon to see if they still meet motto... have it YOUR way!!“
“First time visiting this location. Everything was excellent!! Bathrooms and dining areas were extremely clean. Service was amazing. For once, they got my burger right... no mayo. I was beyond happy. Food was hot, fries didn't taste like they had been sitting for hours, and everything was fresh. If you're ever in this area, I hope you enjoy the same experience we did.“
“We had a coupon that came in the mailbox for 2 whoppers 2 frys and 2 drinks for $15.99.
Really good deal. Unfortunately the buns were stale and fell apart while eating them. You could tell the meat was cooked much earlier too. The lettuce and tomatoes were surprisingly fresh looking. Overall it was still a good deal.“
