I came in to have breakfast this morning and the food was cold and attitude of cashier was not nice. This is first time I have ever gotten service like that. Can I get replacement for cold food?

Went one night around 945p.m and had to wait literally 25 minutes before I got my food. And the cashier did not give me my receipt because she say the machine was down. Food was cold and onion rings was old. Totally unacceptable.

Bathroom was disgusting and the same crap was in the urinal five days before
Went to Burger King on W.Olgethrope order a big fish and got a fish sandwich that's was re- cooked. It shrinked and was full of grease, let alone hard. I called back and told manager how they re drop my fish. My bread greasy as I don't what. The same amount of time it took to re-cook my fish they could have cook another one. If you they did this I wonder what other corners are they cutting. Something need to be done

It was good for and service but they had several customers trying to steal food. It was a sketchy environment.

Customer service was excellent. I made a mistake in placing the order and the staff were gracious enough to fix my mistake. Three times with no questions asked the store was also very gracious and handling customers who were there who appeared to be homeless they serve them they allow them to come in and have a seat from the heat, my hand goes up to the manager and the owner of the store.

I don't know who was working on 2/16/2024 but the service was fast, polite and the food was Hot and delicious. We pulled up around 10:50 and there were at least 5 cars in front of us. we were in and out in no time..kudos to
