I was a usual on the weekend. Most of the time I'm paying full price for my food but I do have the app so I do get my points for hard times.So for the past three weeks when one of the employee works she tells me I can't get my points or use my rewards because it crash the system. I comes later that day and no problem. I work in the food industry too if you don't know how to ring up ask your manager to move you.

Placed an order at the drive thru and when I get to the window the girl doesn't read out my order to me but is talking about her phone and her boyfriend and she just takes my card and I have to check my receipt to make sure she didn't charge me wrong then I drive to the next window and the other girl just gives me the food and drinks and I tell her thank you and she said nothing very poor customer service.

The dark skin skinny lady has an attitude and is extremely rude. She’s slamming and sliding the food on counter mad because she messed order up and was told to fix it. She doesn’t need to be there since she don’t wanna do her job right. The rest of them were extremely nice and did their part so don’t let 1 rotten apple spoil your experience. Had it not been for her I would have given 5 stars?
