If your app offers drive-thru pickup, your customers shouldn't have to argue about using the service. Especially when both are disabled. This is the worst BK in Albany. Horrible service every single time. Too busy hanging with the homies rather than working. Took 40 minutes to get two sandwiches and cold fries. Ordered pickle fries and they weren't available, after we paid for them. When they finally brought they food out, she acted like it was killing her to walk to the car. I worked at BK when it was all corporate. It needs to go back to that system. Franchisees don't care whether they take care of the customers. I'm still waiting for a call from the DM, who will do nothing.

This is the worst Burger King in Albany when I tell you the worst I mean the worst you will sit in line waiting 30 minutes before they even take your order and then they'll have an attitude when you get to the window this is an everytime situation this place needs to be shut down and needs new management because this isn't fast food at all it's slow food and cold food it's straight trash I've went to this location sat in line too long left went to another location got my family our food went back past this location and the people are still waiting in line in the same spot this place is a no go and I don't recommend them at all.

I pulled at drive through and sat there for about 5 minutes and non one said anything. I said “hello”? The worker said they were closed. I commented dang no one said anything, the worker started mimicking me. We pulled off and called the store. I asked for mgr and I was told no they were not closed and that they know who said they were. I didn’t get no kind of apology.

I hate this location employees always have an attitude and they love to ignore people who order online. I paid 8 dollars for 3 wraps and I included pictures of how small a $3.50 wrap is using a Bic as scale. Save your money and wait for them to go out of buisness maybe we will get a food place that actually wants to serve this community.
