Manager on duty couldn't and wouldn't turn off the radio in the kids playroom. We drove over an hour just to play at this indoor kid facility. We didn't stay to eat. I am completely disgusting and disappointed in this only decent sized kid indoor facility that down right refused assisting it's guests in creating a better playing environment over a radio station. I even suggested we call this place before driving that far just to make sure we would be able to play since some places shut down the playgrounds just because they aren't wanting it used. I also asked the manager if she could call someone else that's not on duty to assist her in turning it off. She said the only helpful response that corporate were the only people that could help and they were closed. Terrible excuse. A manager not trained adequately in their position in simple tasks is letting the entire company down. Burker king where you can have it your way is definitely not the customer pleasing company it once was.

On 3 separate occasions staff did not complete my order in drive-thru. Often leaving out food intended for kids.
Just tried BK again for a kids b-day party. 2 kids meal in the dine-in took 30 minutes. Only 2 cooks in the back with 3 servers and a manager only acting as a server as well. It's just a fiasco. Maybe another BK in Albany might be better, avoid this one.
The staff can be quite unpleasant when trying to get updates on the status of your order.

Chicken was fried so long that the meat was dwindled to nothing & was hard as concrete. I know the person making ut coukd tell cause it was damn near flat so why would u serve that? And the service, omg it was terrible. They acted like I was a nuisance for making em do sumthin cuz I placed an order. I won't return & it was the shitty service a lil more than the food & choice to serve that then it was the food itself.
The only reason this place is good is because while the food and everything may be mid, it is the best you can find for this price when needed.

I just left the driver thru and I spent right at $30 just to get cold food and the food to look like it was just throw together so I open my chicken wrap and I look and it was a hair in it I went back in and got my money back I will not be going back so for anyone eating Here check your food places

ORDER #501 DRIVE THRU 2 WHOPPER MEALS I picked up my sandwich that first felt cold. I pinched the meat, it was barely warm. Cold bun. I got into, it was cold. Meat should have been hot, would have nice to i have gotten nice heated bun. My husband handed me his. It was the same except the cheese was melted around the edges of his meat that barely warm every where but edges. Cold bun just like mine. This meat has been sitting a few minutes and allowed to get to room temp. The French fries were same. Hard and just barely warm. What a huge disappointment!!!! I had not ate at a Burger King in over 10 years. Will never eat there again. Why do they pass off food that has been sitting to folks in the drive thru window??? Other fast food places do that too. They are not the first to do this to us. They must think drive off customers are a good way to get rid of their waste that should be thrown out. Don't give us customers what is not up to minimum standards that we expect. A hot sandwich and hot French fries is not too much to ask. We gave you real money. I'm not taking the chances of getting food poisoning by eating food that's been sitting out and is not good and hot. We wrapped this crap up, put back in the bag and threw it away. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY

Having to beg the front counter person to take my order is insane. The guy at the front saw me, but chose to finish his conversation with the other employee first. The girl also saw me ask to order, but both continued their conversation. Very weird. Raising prices, yet not raising standards is going to be the end of this location.
