Dirty restaurant and the drink machines do not work. The mixtures do not allow for mixing of something as simple as cherry Sprite. According to to the employees that has never been an option…good luck. Multiple homeless people hanging out and asking for money.

was handed my food then literally no one came back by the window or said a word. i was missing my drinks... i waited and waited. two employees came back to the window and STILL didn't open it to ask why i haven't driven off. i honked and STILL NOTHING. finally i made eye contact and she opened the window and i was able to get my drinks. someone needs to coach this store on customer service, speaking to the customers friendly and politely, and taking pride in what they're doing...paying attention to the order and not to whatever else inside is distracting.

I sat in line for 10 minutes before I was able to order and only one person in line. After they took my order I sat behind one person for 15 minutes. While 4 people behind me left, so I did as well then I saw others leaving. This crap has been happening for 2 years now. Two months ago they had 3 employees in uniforms in-between the pickup windows smoking weed. I have complained multiple times and nothing has been done. So you will not get anymore of my hard earned money.

I just came through on 12/27 @ 7:30pm and got maybe the most perfect whopper ever! The toppings were perfectly distributed, it was hot and even the wrapping was perfect! Thank you!

Sat in drive thru, no one came to speaker, drove off and around and they were standing at both windows on their phones. I’ll be glad when we get robots to take our orders because humans aren’t it anymore!

“” OK I got off of work late and wanted a snack on my way home so I stopped at Burger King drive through and ordered a small fry and medium drink .. $5.15 .. ok
I pull up to window and a BUS pulled around and parked near my right side and 4 teens was trying to order at the drive through… i could see in my mirror that they was not going to wait on them because they was not in a vehicle… I ask the girl - yall want feed these kids . And you see there in a bus .. she said no !!
I called for the 4 kids to come to me .. I told them to get in my truck / we gonna make this happen… ??.
We pulled up to drive through and the kid said we have 4 orders .. the girl said we can only do 2 .. I then said ok we gonna do 2 … then 2 more .. she said ok .. (( dummy )) !!
Got all orders done pulled around to get food .. it took a while .. so in the time I had done drinked all my coke .. befor I pulled away . I ask could she refill my drink? She said NO .. I would have to pull around again .. ??.

Them kids whooped Terrell academy school tonight .. that was the least I could do for them … I got home and looked in my cup holder and he left a $9.00 dollar tip … they did not have to do that ..

Clean and modern Burger King that is convenient to the highway. It’s also in an area where you should be reasonably safe if stopping at night.
Parking: Plenty of spaces around the building. It is also easy to get around the building and it is close to the highway.

I love ice mocha of Burger King. But every time I order here since last 2 weeks. They give me bland white coffee. Even though I asked them but still it is same.
