I paid with a debit card and didn't tip because it was take out. Some how she still gave herself a 4 tip off my card. I called and they just picked up the phone and put it down. Lesson learned pay with cash!!!!!

We tried to dine in but we're unlucky. I thought it would be a nice experience, but we were not acknowledged. Waited 12 minutes, it was not busy and the bar tender looked at us trying to signal her but kept with her conversation the n went to the back. I always hear that Café 5.0 has good food but based on the experience today I can not recommend. They need people trained with customer service and etiquette.

The waitress didn't offer a receipt and kept $7 of our change so we mention it to her to ask for a receipt and that's when she returned with the wrong receipt and the remainder of our change. We had been drinking a little bit so I think she planned for us not to realize that we didn't have the proper change because we paid with the $100 bill. This will make me not ever want to go back to this restaurant again!! The food was good though!

It was my first time going and I really enjoyed myself hanging out with friends and coworkers the food was delicious and I would recommend anyone to give it a try because I will be visiting again.

The service is VERY POOR… Waitress had a very nasty attitude and very RUDE ! Had to wait 2 hours for food !! Highly wouldn’t recommend ! Food good thou, it’s just the ppl in it that makes the establishment bad, they don’t have any type of good customer service ! NEVER GOING BACK UNTIL THEY GET NEW WORKERS !!
