I wanna start this off by saying I’ve never had a bad experience until today at caribe and it was My very first time going into this location today, the ladies at the newest location are so sweet! & most definitely will be my last time. I went into the location pictured and I witnessed the two young ladies making orders going into 2-3 orders going into to back for supplies all while not changing gloves. I asked nicely if she would mind changing her gloves she said NO, I then said I’m sorry but are you saying you won’t change your gloves in between customers she said no. I I proceeded to walk out of the restaurant and the two ladies began to laugh as I exited I then told them if they were to have a health inspector present it wouldn’t go well with them not being sanitary and changing the gloves they use between customers orders. Update: went into the location I usually frequent and got my smoothie it was delicious. This location needs some customer service training. Also etiquette on how customers should be respected while being serviced.

I went to the caribe today for a sweet and sour fruit bowl it was so salty and I asked them could they give me another one they never did they are so rude they never gave me another one they never gave me my refund back please check your fruit bowl before you get home and 0/10 for customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would …I’ve been supporting their business for yrs until today I went inside and they made my moms bowl too salty..before I left the parking lot I went to see if they could redo the bowl bc mistakes do happen and was greeted with nasty looks, attitudes and they acted as if they didn’t understand English lol one of them shoo’d me off to the side as if I was a fly lol I’ll never support this company again

The workers are so rude. I asked for whipped cream on my smoothie. The rude worker charged me $1 and gave me a small dot of whipped cream. She initially forgot to put the whipped cream on the smoothie. So it was full when she added the small dot of whipped cream. I politely asked for her to pour some of the smoothie out to add more whipped cream. She told me to have a nice day. They need to fix their attitudes and learn good customer service.
Poor customer service. Fruit water has sugar in it and it’s not noted anywhere on the menu to contain sugar. It was extra sweet and when I told the server that it was too sweet she walked away, unconcerned. No apologies. No effort to reconcile. I like fruit water but this is just sweet water with sugar and fruit. Nothing refreshing about it?

The ladies at this location are very rude the workers never greet the customers I have supported this business ever since they only had the one location at the flea market my family and I would go every weekend faithfully the fruit bowl is always good but as of yesterday I will never support them again. Every customer should be treated with kindness I will not spend my money and put up with the nasty attitudes! The customer service is Horrendous!!
