First time I ever tried this place. Extremely friendly staff, and the sweet Bowl was excellent. But as a health food store take caution, if you are watching your sugar levels be careful what you put on your salad bowl. Avoid the honey, pick out the lowest natural sugar fruit and if you order a fruit water they automatically add sugar to it. For someone that's diabetic it could be a health food disaster.There are two rather large tables that you can sit and eat but most everybody...
