The burger was good but the chicken tenders were dry and flat with too much seasoning. The fries were both hot and cold as well as smashed inside the container. It could have been due to the time I ended up going there but I would try it again just because the burger was perfect.

My husband picked up some chicken bites tonight. He ended up waiting because they said they had to cook the food. When he got home w had to toss out more than half of our chicken because it was hard as a rock. Hard like it'd been sitting there a while and was thrown in the grease to heat it up. What a waste of our money! Chicken bites was my favorite but now I will not be eating there anytime soon. I am so disappointed and mad my food was so worthless.

Sandwich missing multiple ingredients. Chicken so old and nasty looking. Fries was burnt. And this was RIGHT at lunch time. Smh. Albany can’t have nice things.

Went to this location on 12/17/24 and on the evening around 5:17pm and ordered two popcorn chicken combos, the popcorn chicken was so old and hard that you couldn’t even chew it, the fries was ok, and the drink was the only thing that was done right. I hate when people give you food that they know they wouldn’t eat, times are to hard and people don’t have money just to waste and I will not be going to this location ever again.

These night shift crew all need to be fired. They don't come to the window to check on u if u have a online order. They have rude attitudes. They be inside arguing this place has really down graded since the last time I came it keep getting worse and worse. Service here really sucks

When someone specifically asks for NO TOMATO on their burgers, you don’t put TWO slices on BOTH burgers. Absolutely ridiculous for a simple order to be botched like that, and since it was to go, the recipient (me) only discovered the tomato after the disgusting slivers had time during transit to soak into and destroy the buns. Clean your ears out or get a new damn job.
