Gave the food 4 stars because it was a quiet night and some of my food came out a cold. Other than that it was a great experience interacting with the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

100/100 absolutely love this place. Never been here before this was our 1st time and my family absolutely 100% loved it and will most definitely be back. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere, and amazing prices.

The waitress, drinks and fries were 10/10. I ordered tge pain killer 😋. It tasted like I was on vacation. But the shrimp Alfredo tasted like it was out of a can and they wanted it to stretch, so they shook some water in the can and served it. The garlic bread scratched up my gums. My husband tried the fried sandwich (can't remember the name). I think that's an acquired taste. I've heard others praise it but we just didn't like it. BUT the fries in the preserve was tasty 😋.

Place was very quiet not many customers, appetizer came fast and hit! Food came out before we fo.ished appetizer and it was hot!! Only downfall got a pretty separate menu for frozen drinks and when ordered was told the frozen machine was down, so why give me the menu?? Could give 6 shrimp instead of 4 but overall great meal!

I ordered half a rack rib the rib was dripping blood from it the inside of it was undone I advise I waiter she immediately called the manager when he came he stated we will get it taken off for you no one asked me if I wanted anything in the place of it not even did he apologize for the inconvenience of the mess up definitely horrible customer service ‼️ I will never come to this location again

Worst meal I've ever had at Cheddar's everything was either over cooked or under cooked. I was very disappointed. My server was nice and friendly.

Terrible. This was our second visit to this location. The first time was about an hour before close time and we sat in the dining room. Food was spectacular. Waitress was great. Then they started vacuuming and cleaning around us because they wanted to go home. An eager bus boy was taking our plates while still eating.

This second visit was at lunch. This time we sat at the bar. Service was terrible. “Hannah” should not be a bartender or working a bar area. We waited and waited and waited.

Ordered Stella Draft Beer. Out
Ordered Blue Moon Draft. Out

Ordered Jack & Coke. Out of jack.

Waitress needed to be reminded to get things. Glasses sat empty.

Food again great. But staff lacks training and understanding of customer service.

It took us almost thirty minutes to get some to go boxes,waitress was not even trying to help us.Management was awesome,food was impeccable but the waitress needed a lot of improvement.This was my first visit ever but it will not be my last.

LONG wait times for a table. Server was sweet but forgot some of our items and we had to wait 30 minutes for appetizers. Food is good but I would have expected better service.
