I usually don’t care to do reviews , but the last 3 times, the service has been terrible and the rice is mushy. I don’t know what’s going on but please fix this.

The employees are rude. They act like the food is coming out of their checks. I watched one girl give me so little meat and when I asked for a little more meat as I’ve never experienced this before she told me she would charge me more. But the customer that came after me was a man and she treated him kind and fixed his bowl normal with the correct portions. I see the many complaints, obviously we all should just boycott the business since the owners will do nothing about it. And we don’t want no coupons. We want better service, better food portions, atleast what we pay for this is insane.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered pick up to be ready at 2:00 pm. When we went to pick up, the order was not ready. When we asked at 2:30pm if our order was ready, we were ignored. Being ignored and walked away from mid-conversation is unprofessional to say the least. When we kept pressing and asking why theyre ignoring us, finally we were told that our bowl was given away and had to be remade. We asked them if they can remake it now then so we can go about our day, he walked away again. No answer. I actually can not make this up, horrendous service. Chipotle just lost a long term customer.

This place is a DISGRACE! They NEED new MANAGEMENT ASAP! At least 3 times a week they don’t have rice, onions and peppers, cheese, vinaigrette and etc! Someone from corporate needs to get involved asap!

Immediately when I walked in I could tell the store was not clean. The floors were dirty and unswept. The glass where you order food was very dirty and hard to see through. Counters were messy with dirty containers and discarded food all over the kitchen floor. The grill was black with black or charred pieces everywhere around it. The same spoon was used to give me my sour cream and my guacamole so I had a mixture along with the guacamole being brown. Immediately I wondered who is managing this location because they have failed.
