Absolutely horrible service. We ordered pick up to be ready at 2:00 pm. When we went to pick up, the order was not ready. When we asked at 2:30pm if our order was ready, we were ignored. Being ignored and walked away from mid-conversation is unprofessional to say the least. When we kept pressing and asking why theyre ignoring us, finally we were told that our bowl was given away and had to be remade. We asked them if they can remake it now then so we can go about our day, he walked away again. No answer. I actually can not make this up, horrendous service. Chipotle just lost a long term customer.

This place is a DISGRACE! They NEED new MANAGEMENT ASAP! At least 3 times a week they don’t have rice, onions and peppers, cheese, vinaigrette and etc! Someone from corporate needs to get involved asap!

Very rude staff, they are doing mess with food and yelling on people. All employees are black and they started to ignore my white family. We love chipotle but it was terrible experience in this area….
Immediately when I walked in I could tell the store was not clean. The floors were dirty and unswept. The glass where you order food was very dirty and hard to see through. Counters were messy with dirty containers and discarded food all over the kitchen floor. The grill was black with black or charred pieces everywhere around it. The same spoon was used to give me my sour cream and my guacamole so I had a mixture along with the guacamole being brown. Immediately I wondered who is managing this location because they have failed.

This Chipotle is in desperate need of some new management. This location is notorious for running out of multiple ingredients long before the dinner rush. Rice (how do you run out of this?) beans, sour cream, cheese, & corn are commonly unavailable and it’s not just a once in a while thing. This is a regular occurrence which is extremely annoying. I was excited when I found out that this franchise was coming to Albany - years later this location has been mostly a disappointment & I think my most recent visit will be my last. You should probably come as soon as it opens to ensure all options are available & even that might not guarantee it.

I like Chipotle but this is the worst Chipotle I have ever stepped into. I ordered online for pick-up so I had no idea that is would be this bad. The service area that should have napkins, utensils, condiments, etc, had almost nothing and it was dirty. I ordered a vegetarian bowl that should have had sofritas but instead had carnitas which I didn't realize until I got home. I should have returned it but I was tired and hungry so I ate it. I am not vegetarian but try to eat vegetarian often, but still this is a very significant error to make when someone orders a vegetarian meal. The bottom line is: THE ALBANY CHIPOTLE IS A COMPLETE MESS AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED EVEN IF YOU NORMALLY LOVE CHIPOTLE.
