I always go here and get a bowl. This was my go to spot when we would travel to Albany. We went there February 22nd and let's just say that did it for me, I will not go back! I always get my bowl and eat it when I get home. When we got home and I started to eat it I noticed it tasted funny, so I started eating everything separately and noticed that it was the chicken that tasted funny, it was burnt so bad that the taste over powered the entire bowl! The next morning it had me and my daughter sick to our stomach.

How the hell your system goes down on a busy Friday night. It's 7:15pm and as I entered the restaurant no signs to warn me at door. Me and another customer were told by a worker their not accepting any new orders due to system down with no ETA. What kind of service is this. I wasted time and gas to drive all the way up here for nothing.

The employees are rude. They act like the food is coming out of their checks. I watched one girl give me so little meat and when I asked for a little more meat as I’ve never experienced this before she told me she would charge me more. But the customer that came after me was a man and she treated him kind and fixed his bowl normal with the correct portions. I see the many complaints, obviously we all should just boycott the business since the owners will do nothing about it. And we don’t want no coupons. We want better service, better food portions, atleast what we pay for this is insane.
