No hot sauce or honey doesn't sit well with me if y'all gonna hack the price up on the meals at least have some condiments to eat with it...

This restaurant is HORRIBLE. The food was cold and the service was even worse. If you see this…..DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Oh yeah, the manager doesn’t care either so don’t bother going to management. I wouldn’t took a picture of the food but my husband literally threw it up because of all the mayo that was on the sandwich.

Kid-friendliness: Some of these areas had places for the kids to enjoy, like playing areas.

The company has 10 pc deals the manager on duty should know about dropping chicken when it’s low i spent 40 and had to wait 20 mins for 3 pieces of chicken i asked could the manager give me a substitute he and she said no why use are they me and my family had a 2 hour drive. And the manager he said write cooperate he didn’t care. Wow they just hire heart beats customer service is gone gone

If I could give zero stars I would. I just moved to Albany from another state. This was my first and LAST experience with this restaurant. I ordered the Texas sized grande meal - 8 dark, 8 tenders, 3 sides, 6 biscuits - placed my order through the CHURCHES CHICKEN app at 6, food was supposed to be delivered by 7, didn’t get it until almost 9. Order was completely wrong - got nothing but legs and thighs, no tenders. Person delivering the order called to tell me the order was wrong, and when asked to be corrected, the employees said it would take too long to fix because they closed at 11, even though it was only 8pm. I requested a refund online because I spent $58 on good for my family - entirely too much money for my order to be wrong and employees to be rude about fixing it. The manager called the next day to asked what happened. After I told her what happened with my meal not getting fixed, she laughed and said her employees would never do that and that I needed to seek my refund from DoorDash and not the store itself. She said she would call me back after reaching out to DoorDash about my refund, and here I am a week later with no contact and no refund. I will NEVER waste money here again, and I WILL be calling corporate on this branch to file a complaint about my experience, the employees, as well as the manager that called on 12/14.

I like the food, however on more than one occasion within a couple of weeks I’ve visited the restaurant and didn’t get a receipt each time I asked for a receipt the cashier said she didn’t have the paper to print a receipt my question is why? Had I been paying with a card I would’ve had to not to complete the transaction. Sometimes customer service is lacking and they need to do better for sure.

I went to this Church’s today about 1 ish close to 2 pm, and I feel so bad because I did not get the young ladies name working the drive thru..her customer service was awesome and her personality was felt at the drive thru…she was a light skinned lady with her hair in a ponytail..just a beautiful spirit , in these days it’s so far and few we must take time to express appreciation for the great customer service ,,and the chicken and biscuits were good as well..thank you for allowing your light to shine...….

It's not like Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken is too crispy and the fries are over cooked. I don't like the batter which is used in the chicken ?. I don't recommend you going there and the restaurant is plain looking too. Sorry ?.

Had a bad experience here in 2020 and just went back today. Service was decent today and food was good. Their chicken has changed in my opinion. It used to be better.

Everything was hot and fresh. I grew up on Church's chicken.

Haven't went there in a long time but so happy I went today 9-3-24 Ms VANESSA was training a new employee and she did amazing job and me and my sister didn't stay long the wait was not long

Parking: It had plenty of space because no one was there but when they get busy and u going in for your food it do be hard to get out of there but so happy me and my sister went early when they first open my church was amazing
