Today my food was not made right. My son went back to talk to the cashier. She stated the orders mess up in the back. Cashier stated she not fixing to argue with them. The order number is 2008. I tried calling the number for Albany but u only get the customer service number. I'm pissed

Food is very good and very fair pricing. Employees are sometimes extremely helpful and polite or the exact opposite, seems to depend on who is working that day. Oh and bring a coat, coldest restaurant in Albany.

This was my favorite spot to eat at but the attitudes on one of the workers were not pleasant asked for something at the drive thru menu she had a tone in her voice that set me off the food was good just need better workers.

Wait ten minutes to order and there wasn't no cheese on my fries!!! Yeah I'm mad about that cheese bc ain't nobody about to wait twenty more minutes in no long ssa line ! Smh

The employees here were so nice and having a great time. I asked for more sauce, brother wanted to give me as much as I asked for. The food was delicious, had an order with 3 trays. All had the right food. I hadn’t had cookout in years and this hit. Shakes were good as well

I love cook out, but I will not be returning! Only 4 vehicles in line, and I waited 58 minutes to finally get my order! How is it possible this location is profiting with VERY long drive times???
Staff was friendly, I used to think Cops in Milwaukee had the best shakes, I was wrong had the best here.

Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order when there was no one else in line, then waited almost 30 minutes for my food. I watched probably a dozen or more cars get their food from the other line in that time. When I finally did get my order, it was wrong.

Cook Out used to be my favorite, but not anymore. My burger was RAW in the middle and the fries were barely cooked. Didn’t realize until I was already eating. Disgusting. Do better. i didnt get any videos or photos because i was so disgusted and threw it away.
