Terrible service today. After standing at register for 5 minutes. Some one came from back to take my order. Went to sit down and wait for my order. No clean tables. Bussed table myself. Wait 23 minutes. No order. Went back to register and waited again. Finally got a young man on his way out. He said he was off and couldn't help. I asked him could he get someone to help me. A lady grabbed my receipt and checked on order. No order was found. No idea what happened to it. She went back and filled my order. By this time it was over 30 minute wait.

Last night, I went into this location to get my cookout tray. It took them about two and a half hours to serve me my food. Yes, I do know it was busy, but that's still unacceptable.
I ordered a tray with double hamburger and 2 sides with drink. I drove to the window and asked to buy another double burger, not the tray/combo ..just the burger and for some insane reason the cook/manager refused to sell me one, at any price. I find it hard to believe why when I was polite the whole time, was not drunk or mean in any way. The lady at the window was very nice and asked the boss more than once to be sure but still the manager refused to sell the burger to me. It's hard to imagine a person especially in management being so clueless so what was it? My skin color? My height? Because I am handicapped??
