Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order when there was no one else in line, then waited almost 30 minutes for my food. I watched probably a dozen or more cars get their food from the other line in that time. When I finally did get my order, it was wrong.

Cook Out used to be my favorite, but not anymore. My burger was RAW in the middle and the fries were barely cooked. Didn’t realize until I was already eating. Disgusting. Do better. i didnt get any videos or photos because i was so disgusted and threw it away.

The food is good depending on what you order the hush puppies and shake's are really good the food is always hot, the service could be better via the drive through window and depending on what time you go because sometimes you're rushed and either given the wrong item or it wasn't put in the bag... Prices are decent 😃

They are so skimpy with the side portions. I only get 3 cheese bits as a side when i go here. Unacceptable. I will never stop here again
