I celebrate my birthday here on 9/27/25. I highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back. The service and food was top tier. And the cocktails are amazing.

This was by far the best food I’ve had in Albany. The artwork on the walls and ambiance was very elegant. Our server Dori was great, it was also nice to see the owners of the establishment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal!

Have been five times and each time is fantastic. Our last visit the service was impeccable..Jada was amazing! She has her timing down to a science... not too often to be intrusive and not so seldom you felt neglected...food took a while (sauces are made fresh) but it's also worth it! Highly recommend you try this restaurant. You will be so happy that you did!

Corks is a standout restaurant located in the Albany mall area. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, with soft lighting and background music that creates a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive, striking a nice balance.
The food is excellent, both times I’ve been here, I’ve had a fantastic meal. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is well thought out, the grilled meats are high quality and cooked to perfection, and the burgers are truly outstanding (especially on Wednesdays, when they typically have a burger night). They also have quite a good selection of mainly national wines.
If you’re in the area and looking for a high-quality meal in a comfortable setting, I highly recommend giving Corks a try. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first visit. The food was great. We had the stuffed jalapenos and built our own burgers. For desert we had the caramel cheesecake which was excellent! Very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for something outside the cookie cutter big box food chains. We will be going back real soon!

This food is easily 10/10. Had the best burgers and tacos here. The best thing: THEY ARE CONSISTENT! It’s a great atmosphere, service, and food every single time I come and the family comes. If you’re from Albany or just visiting, you need to make it a priority to come eat here.

Had not been in a while, but came out with a friend who had never been and we had an amazing time. Food, service, staff and atmosphere were all great, they have bike night every other Thursday, so come out and join the vibe.

The ambiance in the restaurant makes you feel like you're fine dining in a big city. The food executed by their Chef Rob was hands down the best food in Albany. Worth every penny.

We tried a charcuterie board and a wide variety of small plates. Everything was exceptional! The servers were attentive and very informative about all menu options. The fresh flavor of farm to table items was clearly evident. The owner stopped by our table and was so personable. We can't wait for our next visit.

Nick provided excellent service tonight! Took great care of us and made sure everything was just right.
The lavender cocktail was lovely. Just the right amount of sweetness.
We had the carpetbagger ribeye. Although it was a very good quality steak, we wish we had gotten the crab cake and sauce topping on the side. This would have allowed us to appreciate the sear & seasoning of the steak. Crab cakes were great! Rich, plenty of crab with a nice crust texture.
