I got the surf n turf fries. Food was great but Deem was rude. I was the only customer there, no warm welcome or anything. Don’t plan on returning when I’m back in town and I’m really disappointed because the food was superb.

I tried Deems Water Ice for the first time. The food tasted great except wings were extremely small and food was very expensive but it was good. It's a super sketchy place surrounded by abandoned buildings, and it's a tiny run down food truck in an empty abandoned parking lot. Anyways, later on that night, I got charged 2x both for $962. And who did it trace back to? Deems Water Ice.do not give these people your card and look away. They will copy it and then Manually enter it into a square payment system.

The steak was seasoned to perfection and the fries were crispy. The seafood fries are to die for and our favorite. The grilled shrimp and crab meat ...YUM!

I ordered 2 sour apple water ices and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I should have checked my food before I left, but I called and let them know that I got a burger instead, Deem was very nice and offered to remake my sandwich. 5 star service! Not every location in Albany will offer that.

other than not having all the water ice flavors it was good . had the surf and turf fries and nachos … doritos was little soggy due to the topping on top of it maybe next time i’ll see if i can get the chips to the side . i has the cotton candy water ice since that was the only option beside one other flavor it was good .. the food was fresh and hot overall was good
