Left one stars because couldn't put less placed order at 9:26 pm said would be ready at 9:47 to 9:50 when arrived at 9:52 someone was at counter I stood behind him and watched them make and put pizza in oven .they tol me pizza was on oven I questioned if it was my order they just put in and manager went off on me saying it only took 7 minutes to cook that when order came in only one person was working. There was 5 behind the counter ordered 50 bucks worth of pizzas that was supposed to be ready guess papa johns got my business now

i’m not from GA but i was working outside ALL DAY 9/27/24 and decided to order over the phone at 2:55pm. I CALLED THE STORE THREE TIMES AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES EACH TIME! I just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back because i knew it would arrive cold but instead i was forced to wait until 6pm just to receive the WRONG PIZZA AND COLD. i’m extremely disappointed with the service i received and the unprofessionalism. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I’m getting no response STILL from the store and the delivery guy gave me the number to corporate and i’m not getting any response from them either. i literally leave tomorrow i don’t want a new pizza or rewards or coupons. RUN ME MY MONEY!!!!!!
