I seen one of my Facebook friends Dontreal share his plate and I’m like I just be passing by this place and took my coworker and get got a chitlins plate & OMGOODNESS I haven’t eaten chitlins since I was a kid but the next day I bought a plate of chitlins & got that good cake they service also! They have some really good food! I love them!

Do NOT visit at opening on Sundays. I showed up after opening time and told me it’ll be 30 minutes before serving. Waited the 30 minutes, go back up to the door and it’s locked. Someone came to the door and told me it’ll be another 30 minute wait. Value your customers’ time.

My husband and we’re passing through GA to get home after driving all night from NYC. I was searching for some good soul southern food online. I came across Dorethalicious and saw the pics of the food & thought I’ve got to try this food. My husband and I were not let down. Dorethalicious has delicious food! Doretha is also a gem: friendly, nice & welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the portions are plenty. Stop by if you are in the area or make a special trip. It’s worth it!

My food was beyond super good...I suggest you experience this place at least one time. Dont pass this place by. The ribs and Beef stew were delicious.The greens and candied yams we really good. You get plenty of food.
Just like the name says delicious!!! Simply enough, hand down the best soul food I’ve had for a long time!!!!

Do you like fried chicken, greens, cornbread, black eyed peas? Are you hungry? Then you need to step off the main road and go to Dorethaliciius! Just for a meal or for a feast they will prepare you the best "soul food" you have eaten. I have always picked up mine to go so I don't know if there is indoor dining but I promise you the it will be the longest ride home you have ever taken--without sampling! I haven't tried breakfast but that is my next indulgence. It's easily located and plenty of parking. Stop in, have a meal for 1 or 20 and look for an easy chair to relax in afterwards. If there is ever a book written about soul food in Albany, Ga it's title will be Dorethalicious!

First time eating here. I had the rib plate which came with Only 3 short cut ribs I think there should be at least 4 short ribs considering u are paying over $16.00. But none the less the ribs were very good. Also three sides, corn bread, and beverage comes along with the meal. All in All good meal. I definitely will be back.
