Every time I come to this location there out of something or no one comes to the drive through to place orders or inside. We end up driving all the way to Dawson road location to get way better service! People want jobs but won't do what they get paid for which is satisfying customers.

They genuinely need a new staff or something because they played. I got a avocado TOAST and they gave me soggy bread with some avocado thrown on it, mind you there wasn't even a line or anything so what’s the rush/sloppiness for… and on top of that everything else was cold as-well they genuinely just pmo

I went here the other night with a friend of mine and he ordered a chocolate lava cake drink 2 doughnuts and I ordered a iced caramel coffee she asked him does he want his like mine he said no I want it the way it comes she said oh ok so like his then he gets it it’s nothing like it’s suppose to be a roommate of mine went yesterday to get a milkshake she said we don’t do milkshakes he said ok well I’ll take one of those frozen drinks that lady has he ultimately ends up with a hot cup of coffee I called up there today to see what doughnuts they have right now before I walk up there to get them same rude girl tells me ma’am we have the same doughnuts we usually have you guys need to do something about this girl I called at 2-3-25 @ 620 if that helps identify her she is horribly rude and doesn’t know how to listen to what people want I’m thinking about taking my business elsewhere

I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a harsh review but I’m literally over this location! More than once I’ve went here at 7:30pm and nobody comes to the intercom or window. What’s frustrating is I can see the 2 employees in there on there phone and literally just ignoring customers. I also seen an employee walk out and go to the store next door and buy some cigarettes and come back to Dunkin and get back on their phone. Management should definitely look into getting new staff or the current 2 girls will have you put out of business soon.

I am a coffee fanatic. This morning(after the storm was over)I went to get my favorite ..... Iced caramel coffee with sugar, cream, and whip cream.....and my snacking bacon. Well babyyyyyyy the manager there ... (Just that fast I forgot her name) Baby she did her BIG ONE TODAY FOR ME. Y'all I can taste my coffee and all the good additives..... Hits just right.

You have to wait your turn in the morning. But it's worth the wait.
July 2nd at 8 a.m.Oglethorpe/Albany, GA The drive thru system is not in it's proper place and looks broken. I drove to the window and there were two employees looking at a cell phone, never opened the window. Another person came to the window and asked if I had placed an order on the app. I said no. She then asked if I had placed an order at the speaker. I said it's not standing and looks broken. She said it's working and asked me to drive around and place my order because they are trying to keep things in order. Instead of taking my order and pulling me up to wait. I think that was very unprofessional. As I drove off- I was the ONLY car in the drive thru.
