Boy oh Boy, where do I begin. Ever since I first stepped into this establishment it felt like home. The amazing frozen yogurt paired with the massive selection of toppings left my soul speechless. Now adays I feel called back to my home at freeze two to four times a week, I might as well be an employee. The staff has been exceptionally exceptional toward me and my family, especially Will, Blake, and Brent. Freeze will forever be the best frozen yogurt restaurant in the town and nobody will ever convince me otherwise. FREEZE ABSOLUTELLY ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lately, staff looks disoriented; for a food place, hair too loose and outfits not fit for the environment, I understand they young people, but this place looks a little neglected, last time I got strawberries on my ice cream, they were rotten.

Wow, this was one of the strangest frozen yogurt shops I've ever been to. First we went because we saw online that they offered rolled ice cream - they don't. Okay, so we decided to just get frozen yogurt since we were there. Some machines were just off, others had a couple of flavors. Most were a bit soupy. Then the strange part. Time for toppings - but here they have way less options than other places and it's not self serve. You hand your cup to a person behind plexiglass, tell them what you want and they decide how much to put on - so, lots. Some of the toppings were things like peanut butter cups - they said, like Reese's but store brand. Everything was cheap versions. Then they give the cup full of toppings back and tell you to put syrups on it - bottles are sticky. Then hand it back for the weigh in for the $12 cup of toppings with some yogurt on the bottom. .. paid for it, so we ate it... But the whole process and generic versions were strange. Then for an extra topping - went to wash hands and couldn't - somebody left some soft serve in that bowl. Yuck.

You can’t serve your on toppings and that just takes away the point of self serving the yogurt. Which I get it a lot of people makes messes etc but isn’t that the point of self serving your yogurt ?! Also it’s like you are at the mercy of the employee to give you the amount of toppings. Not a lot of variety of yogurt at all. Same as toppings. few machines were down so we didn’t get many options Also service is alright. I have toddler and she took a bite it wasn’t even a bite she lick the spoon while I was trying to get my toppings before of us paying and the lady got upset 1. I get it but she wasn’t eating the entire yogurt 2. It’s a toddler and 3.one lick won’t take much money out of your pockets. Absolutely bizarre. The yogurt was very liquid instead of frozen lots of room for improvement
