Guang Zhou Chinese Restaurant

We stayed in Albany because of the hurricane Milton in Florida. We were looking for a Chinese restaurant. Glad we found you guys.
This is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. Nothing was salty. Everything was tasty and delicious.

I prefer lunch over dinner food. But our waitress was AWESOME.

I stopped by Guang Zhou Chinese Restaurant on Saturday, September 25th around 5:00 PM, and I was given the wrong order twice; after canceling my order, I was instructed by Cashier Kacee, that my money 💰 would be refunded to my "debit card". It is now October 2nd and I still have not receive any type of refund from this "food establishment", and I would not recommend any patrons to visit this establishment (Guang Zhou Chinese Restaurant) located in Albany, Georgia!!!!

Egg rolls are getting small. Guess the money is going to their head

Great service

I ordered egg flying with no onions. When I called to inform them. The owner basically said oh your a lie it's a cabbage it's a bean sprout I was like I know what a cabbage and bean sprout is and I know what a onion is! Smh now kenzie the young lady that answered the phone was pleasant. The fried rice was good.. it's just the customer service that was horrible!!

Stopped by Guang Zhou Chinese restaurant before heading back home to Lake Seminole to get us some to go orders. Always give you a lot of food and always hot and fresh. Lexi is so sweet and will take care of you. Love their egg drop soup. I ordered the shrimp fried rice with sesame chicken. I ordered my husband, General Tso chicken with white rice. We both ordered egg drop soup and egg roll. Next time, we will try something new. I forgot to take pictures of our food in the box.

The food is always good but every time I call in an order to go the girl on the phone screws up my order and I just spent $25 for food I did not order and it's not a choice I would have made. Once again I am throwing unwanted food out in the garbage. I wish they would hire someone who is competent. So sad. When I go to the store and order in person there is a guy at the counter who is always cheerful and gets the food order correct, but it's very frustrating not to be able to call and get the order!

I want this to be a five star review, but the soup is just so bad right now. The first ingredient in soup is water, so you must use good tasting water in order to make good tasting soup. Your soup, currently, tastes like chemicals because you clearly use unfiltered tap water. Get a good water filter, problem solved. Fix the soup and I will change this to a five because I love this place and always reccomend it to anyone who asks where to get Chinese here. However, I shouldn't need to advise them to avoid the soup.
(Edited from a 3 star to a 1 star because of that trash response. No response would have been better, at least then I would have continued coming back for the other food. The soup tastes like chemicals, I had just tossed out a bowl before making the initial review.)

It is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Albany. Food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly.

My 30 plate of food I gave to my dogs. I order sesame chicken house fried rice. It’s not all that the chicken was to sweet perfect size but to sweet. The house fried rice has to much onions strings in it. Stick to the basic peas onions and carrot…. Just call GREAT WALL ON OLD DAWSON RD THEY ARE BEST GET SOME TIPS FROM THEM!!!
