Visited the morning of 3/6. Sat with the experience for awhile to be sure I wanted to ding what has been an otherwise okay establishment. This was our first time ordering inside vs the drive thru. Employee immediately pulled a face as soon as I came in, presumably based on how I looked. Then proceeded to burn my food, and give the stringiest, smallest, driest chicken I've ever gotten from a Guthrie's. I've worked in all kinds of customer service for decades and I'm Southern so I treat everyone with respect and kindness regardless of their appearance, especially workers. Its a real sad shame the person working that morning isn't capable of the same. So disappointed. Will NOT be back.

The last 3 times I’ve went the breading on the tenders was horribly soggy, and the fries were old, and full of grease. Normally the food would be hot, and fresh. I don’t know what’s been going on lately. First time 2 p.m second time 12:30 p.m 3rd time 6:30 p.m.
The food was prepared hot and fresh and he kindly brought it to our table. You can tell they cook it to order but it's worth the wait.
