This is the absolutely , hands down, the BEST Hardee’s we have ever eaten. The team of workers are so friendly and welcoming! We like our biscuits dark brown and no butter. They get it right every time!!! I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were out of sweet tea and can not drink carbonated drinks. Also unsweetened tea is unacceptable. I was not given any monetary compensation for lack of no drink with my meal. Poor planning and service by the people ar this restaurant. North Slappy Boulevard, Albany,

On 12/14/2024, I orderd a #5 along with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit from the drive thru. Upon getting home my wife noticed both biscuits were burnt and had a burnt smell. I returned to the store (436 N.Slappey Bkvd) to exchange the food. But once the manager replied, " They gone come out how the come out" I asked for a refund. She became angry bringing a pan to the front counter saying where does they look burnt at. I explained that i wasnt going to order with any of them because they all work for someone else. Upon processing the refund the manager and the drive thru worker stated, " He always have an attitude. Why must i have a attitude because i want good eatible food. They expect to talk to you any kind of way. Im entitled to fresh eatible food.
