Hello ! Hardee’s .. I have been a customer at your store on slappy since yall opened that store . Mostly drove through and breakfast.. I done go in sometimes for lunch to go .. I want to say I drive all over the country being a truck driver I’ve stopped at a lot of Hardee’s . Most have room for a semi to park near .. Thank y’all for that !! But yall store on n. Slappy has the best service for breakfast shift in the drive through and inside . It is by far ahead of other fast foods in albany .. my favorite is y’all’s steak & cheese biscuit— I saw where yall have the link sauage back . I will be getting that next . I can’t express enough on yall staff in the morning they just make yall fill welcome and like family.. thank you all .. lunch staff has been great the few times I’ve been there .

The employees are great and fast and the sandwiches were fresh hot and neated made and the fries perfectly fried. Bathroom looked good too, mirror was clean, toilets were clean, floor was clean, paper towel and tissue was fully stocked in bathroom, the lobby was clean and very comfortable seating areas. Its appears they love the job have respect for the company.

This is the absolutely , hands down, the BEST Hardee’s we have ever eaten. The team of workers are so friendly and welcoming! We like our biscuits dark brown and no butter. They get it right every time!!! I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were out of sweet tea and can not drink carbonated drinks. Also unsweetened tea is unacceptable. I was not given any monetary compensation for lack of no drink with my meal. Poor planning and service by the people ar this restaurant. North Slappy Boulevard, Albany,
