Burger and chicken was dry and tough definitely not fresh.
This location is my breakfast go-to when I visit my home town. Just for the biscuit sandwiches. This trip was good, but the manager seemed to be having a really bad day. Attitude wasn't quite that expected to be the person on the front counter. I know I've been a fast food manager in my years of hospitality service. I get it, bad days happen, but it killed my morning having to experience that.

The last 7 or 8 times I went here I kept thinking "This time will be different" and it just never was. I went during lunch and the place was staffed but they never took my order at the drive through. I pulled up to the window and knocked and they literally shoo'd me away. If you're going to be closed for some reason, put a sign up. Also saw one of the workers open a bag using his teeth, disgusting.

After going through the drive through where I ordered a meal, by the time I got my food the large sweet tea I got was half empty. I asked if It could be topped off while I waited. The answer was no not in the drive through but then she proceeded to ask me to pull forward to wait even longer for my food even though there wasn't anyone behind me. I said okay. No problem. I'll just come inside so that I can get a refill and I'll pick my food up from there. Thinking that shouldn't be a problem since Im not In the Drive-Thru anymore. But lo and behold, as soon as I walked in the door you'd think I was robbing the place the way they started yelling and saying no, you can't refill your drink in the Drive-Thru. Or calmly replied? Yes, that's what I was told that's why I came inside. Okay so now I get it when they continued yelling at me. Basically, if you buy something and get a drink in the Drive-Thru you can't refill it, they can't refill it. So I asked does the drink cost more when you come inside? They replied the same thing basically that I just can't refill it. At this point I said okay. I just don't want to do business with you guys. I need a refund for my food that you're just now bringing out. Damn this place. I won't ever go there again!!!

3 times in a month ive ordered Biscuit and gravey they bring it out to me and Biscuit rapped up and gravey in container for eating inside I asked I'm not eating this on paper sir we are out of plates well give me my money back. Just yesterday I got the same thing and sit down I dropped some gravy on table I went up there and asked for a few napkins she said I put some on your plate !!! I stood there and asked again you should have to explain your self she should have just gave you the napping just sick over the BS it's not that hard to do your job and one thing people don't under stand is customer is always right.
