The Jack's in Atmore Alabama is great! I wish they would put one here, in Pensacola Florida
Our Jack’s is new in Flowood,MS, I have been to several Jack’s and NEVER have to wait as long as I do here, literally for 2 shakes lol then when they finally bring it out, they’re rude. I hope things turn around, but it’s definitely not off to a good start
I love Jack’s, best breakfast and customer service, but not the one on Centerpoint Parkway, Birmingham Al. They have the absolutely worst customer service and make up their own prices. However Pinson and Trussville are top-notch! They get 5 stars.
The food is always cold & they always seem to give me the wrong drink. :(
does Jack ever see or taste his burgers? meat tastes old ,old wilted piece of lettuce. thin slice quarter size tomatoe. every visit. no more.
Georgia, Jodi, Joe, Austin, Hope, and Cooper provided an absolutely outstanding experience! The first thing that caught my attention was the restaurant’s health inspection score—100%! As a former GM and restaurant owner, I know firsthand the dedication and effort it takes to achieve a perfect score. That level of excellence is truly commendable. Next, I couldn’t help but notice how spotless the entire restaurant and parking lot were. If you’ve visited other nearby establishments, you’ll understand why this stood out. Exceptional job! The staff’s friendliness and professionalism were also remarkable. Every interaction was filled with "please" and "thank you," with a level of respect that is often rare in the restaurant industry. What’s even more impressive? Every single employee upheld this standard, regardless of whether a manager was present. The food quality was phenomenal—fresh, hot, and served with a smile. And let’s talk about value! The $6 meal deals are an unbeatable bargain. Where else can you enjoy a hearty, Southern-cooked meal for just $6? We left beyond satisfied and will absolutely be returning. If the GM sees this, please make sure to recognize and appreciate this incredible team—it’s rare to find such dedicated, polite, and hardworking employees. Thank you all for a truly wonderful dining experience!
just visited the jacks in loxley. this place is filthy. as we were getting ready to order. the girl bagging the orders stuck her thumb in someone's mashed potatoes. she picked her thumb and continued to bag orders without washing her hands. floors and tables are all dirty and no gloves were worn. I'm not being a karen, but come on people do better.
Fayetteville, Tn JACK’S! Who would’ve thought on a random Tuesday night they would have a bunch of big boxes ordered? The gentleman ahead of my husband & I ordered a big box, then we ordered two & they still had fried chicken orders going out through the drive-thru! The manager & staff were amazing!!! Kudos for exceptional customer service and great food!!
Ohatchee Jack’s might get 2 out of 10 orders correct. I’m being generous it’s probably closer to 1 out of 10.
I placed an order on the app Sunday with the store in Greenville, MS when the order was picked up in the 15 minutes the email informed me to pick it up it was cold. I called the store to explain to the manager that chicken and macaroni was cold, the manager was rude as can be, she even stated “I can’t control what the app says, we make the order when the ticket comes out “ I Informed her I would bring the order back for a refund, I’m return she says “well you will have to get it thru the app since you placed it on the app” I have called and emailed customer service since Sunday and no one has responded. This was a $28.00 order and I would like to be refunded

the location in Parrish Alabama, my God. it's never busy, but it's always so slow. the food is never hot. why does it take them so long to serve cold food?
I've never visited a Jacks before but on the recommedation of friends decided to try it, since we were passing through Ga. The experience was quite unpleasant. The employees were arguing with each other and the manager. The food took a long time to prepare and the atmosphere was very tense. I would not recommed this place to anyone. Thats really to bad because the food wasn't bad just the service. The workers really took the focus off what it should be and that is the food.
Parking: I thought the veranda with the rocking chairs was very charming and cozy. It would have been the perfect backdrop to a nice experience until I walked in to the facility and the toxicity started.

They were very slow about taking care of those who walked in. They were in their own personal conversations. One man had waited. Decided to go to restroom. When he came out, he saw people were still there and no one at the front to take orders. I was sitting at a table waiting on my order when some workers went outside for a conversation. As far as I could see, there were only 3 working. The drive thru was non exisistant. 2 cars went through, and had to wait over 15 minutes before someone took their order. Also, a worker came in to say she was sick and felt nauseous and hot, yet she went in the kitchen. People came and went while I was there, whereas I had ordered my food before them. The place isn't what it used to be. I will not be coming back.
