Poor customer service!! Waited 14:35 minutes for a order inside with no one in front of us, while the shift manager filled door dash orders instead. Then didn't get 2 simple Flap Jack specials correctly!! No eggs on either order. Definitely did not receive the order correctly!! Priority should be given to the customer who comes inside to order!! Then he was rude and a bully!! I guess because I'm a senior citizen!! Winchester Rd. Do better on Saturday morning's with your inside customer's as you do with the people to lazy to drive to the actual location!!

I just recently ordered through the app for the Ocilla Georgia location, and a receipt was emailed to me and money has already been pulled from my account, but yet when food was to be picked up they claimed there was no order from me and no money should've been taken from my account yet when showing them the receipt they claimed that wasn't enough proof, but I have a literal receipt showing the time and date of my order and that money was taken out of my account, I just want my money back if they don't have an order from me, what did I even pay for if they don't have my order??

The food was mediocre at best, the guy running the drive through who I am assuming was the mgr by the way he was dressed was the most dry and unfriendly person I have seen in a while. Save yourself some time and don't go to this Jack's.

I have eaten food from this restaurant a few times. I don’t know why I keep going back. I ordered a hamburger and fries today and the food was so cold. There was no warmth at all to the meat or the fries. I don’t think the bun was fresh, it was dry and hard in places. I checked the bun for mold and didn’t see any. I feel like the food had been sitting out for a while, and they didn’t bother to even warm it up. On a positive note, the staff is usually courteous. (Albany location)

Terrible experience does not touch what going here was like. I do not think the staff can properly tie there shoes without help. Highly disrespectful people with no knowledge on how to even put your order into the computer. The food took 30 mins for 2 meals that I ordered inside at the counter, and the food was cold. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open and how the Manager of this establishment is still employed.
